We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Anthony was very pleasant to deal with and provided very clear instructions on how to access the accommodation.
The accommodation was very spacious, with a very convenient kitchen and large living area with a great TV.
It was so central to Nice, it was fantastic. Only 2 minute walk to restaurants in the square and 5 minute walk to the beach.
Would absolutely recommend! Thank you Anthony!
Maybe could have been handy to have a few more towels, but not a big deal!

We liked the accommodation very much. What we especially appreciated was that there was enough paper towels and toilet paper, so we didn’t need to buy any ourselves. There were towels, a hairdryer, an ironing board, an iron, a wardrobe where we could hang our clothes, and a small kitchen. Everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy drinks was provided. What pleasantly surprised us the most was the coffee machine with capsules included. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well-organized. We really enjoyed our stay.
What we did not like was that there were no spare towels. We stayed for six nights, and during that time our towels became wet and no longer felt fresh. We would have appreciated having replacement towels available.

The location was amazing but unfortunately it was super loud from 5:30 they empty the bins down the road which is really loud and will wake you up.
Although we were told the aircon was broken the additional fans did not help with the relentless heat.
