Sunny Loft at Gate of Old Nice

The place is in a fantastic location, everything in Old Nice is pretty much within 5 minute reach and the view of the park across the road is whimsical. The flat had everything we needed for our short stay, including towels. Theres also cleaning supplies you might need for a short stay, such a laundry pods and disinfectants and surface sprays, as well as a fully decked out kitchen and all utensils i.e. plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and a coffee machine. The flat doesn't get too hot but there is also Aircon which worked great. The bed was very comfortable and big and the pillows were soft. The host is very helpful and communicative and provided us with tips for our stay.

Access to the flat is on the 4th floor so a lot of stairs to climb, bear that in mind if you have a large suitcase or have accessibility issues. The flat isn't brand new, there's slight wear and tear etc., but we found it in a clean and tidy condition.

We were the first residents of the property. The host welcomed warmly, answered all my questions and gave additional advice on places and car rebtals. Or communication was easy and very quick. Everything was prepared for a lovely and calm stay - coffee machine (and coffee), full kitchen, iron, hair dryer, extra pillows, covers, everything. The apartment is •literally• 5 minutes away from everything you’d want to see - seaside, old town, marketplace, transportation.
