Big & clean apartment

The apartment is big and clean. It has everything you need. Quiet place. The balcony is good, but only morning ish sun. 8-10 minutes walk to the supermarked. We didn't experience any problems during our stay.

It's located on the 4 floor, no elevator. It's a 10-15min walk from the train station and further from the city centre. We where two so they assumed it was me and a partner, so only sheets on the double bed. Would probably search for a place closer to the train if you want to visit the coastal cities.

Very spacious apartment, a lot of place for everyone. Good and powerful air conditioners all over the property (we were in La Spezia in high season and it was really hot), short walk to the railway station, washing machine, extremely good coffee device.

The beds were not really comfortable to sleep, it was a bit noisy.

Beautifully decorated, clean property, exactly as advertised.

The host was very hospitable and the apartment was beautifully decorated. The apartment was within walking distance of the train station so we could easily get on the train to access other locals towns. La Spezia was a nice break from other busy locations.

The property was amazing! so nice and they explain us everything amazing,the location also perfect!

first of all doesn’t have elevator, so if you go with a lot of suitcases it’s a bit hard,.The mattress of the bunk beds were no so comfortable, and if you go in winter doesn’t have much heating, but the rest nothing to said, everything was perfect.

Spacious and convenient apartment for visiting the Cinque Terre

Very spacious apartment really conveniently located to visit Cinque Terre villages. Plenty of provided information for attractions around the area including the Cinque terre park.

Not very clean and we found some kind of insect crawling a bit everywhere on the floor at night, it was not cockroaches, perhaps something common in that area near the sea?

Perfect place for visiting the region. Good parking.

The apartment is magnificent. It is an apartment that has been thoughtfully and artistically designed. Even the taps are designer taps - see the photo. It is convenient for the railway station and has ample parking. It was everything we needed and more.

It is fourth floor with no elevator, but if you want a view then you need to be high up. So not really a dislike for us.

Incredibly central and comfortable apartment in La Spezia

Brilliant location, a short stroll from the main street of La Spezia and the train station. An excellent base for exploring Cinque Terre and the surrounding towns. A wonderful and comfy apartment to retire to after long days of enjoying the best of Liguria!

Besser und freundlicher geht es nicht

Nachdem wir unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt hatten, erwartete uns jemand direkt am Eingang zur Wohnanlage. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Perfekte Lage zum Bahnhof, der Fußläufig erreichbar war.

Schöne, helle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Große, helle, modern eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung. In jedem Raum gibt es Fenster und eine Klimaanlage, Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Gemütliches Sofa im Wohnzimmer, alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten viel Platz, das Auto konnten wir direkt vor der Eingangstüre vor dem Haus sicher parken, sogar im Schatten. Dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt, hat uns nicht gestört. Das Zentrum und der Hafen sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Lebensmittelgeschäft, Bar, Bäckerei, Pizzaria und die Bushaltestelle nach Porto Venere sind ganz in der Nähe. Ein sehr guter Ort, um die Umgebung Richtung Cinque Terre oder Lerici/Pisa...zu erkunden. Vielen Dank für alles :-)

Confortable et plaisant, nous y avons séjourné 5 jours.

La dimension de l’appartement et des pièces.

Absence d’ustensiles pour la cuisson et de condiments de base. Vaisselle pas propre en partie, seulement un linge à vaisselle, bref, des détails mais qui font la différence. Le fait qu’il n’était pas mentionné que l’appartement était au 4e étage et qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Buena relación calidad precio

El apartamento está reformado y es amplio. Una habitación de matrimonio y otra triple. Nos ayudaron dándonos información sobre la zona y resolviendo nuestras dudas. Han sido muy amables. A 10 min de la Stazione Centrale y a 5 min de un super grande. El apartamento tenía menaje, papel wc, sábanas y toallas. Una terraza con espacio para tender la ropa. Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor, algo que ya se indica en el anuncio.

Si se encienden más de dos cosas a la.vez (aire condicionado, lavadora, horno) puede saltar la luz... Estaba muy limpio pero las juntas de la duchas se veían algo negras...por el uso. Aun así estaba todo muy cuidado. La lavadora va muy bien aunque hace mucho ruido e incluso se movía de sitio al centrifugar. No son criticas...lo recomiendo, pero es lo que menos nos ha gustado.

Estancia de tres noches perfecta

El apartamento es muy espacioso, decorado muy bonito y súper limpio, muy cómodo para el grupo de cuatro personas que nos hemos alojado, tal como se ve en las fotos. La comunicación con Caterina la propietaria perfecta, es encantadora y nos facilitó toda la información necesaria. A 15' caminando de la estación central de la Spezia para coger el tren hacia Cinque Terre. Ha sido una estancia de tres noches perfecta, gracias por todo!

Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor pero ya lo sabíamos porque en la información del alojamiento ya hace referencia y tampoco nos ha representado ningún problema

Vecinos muy muy ruidosos

Es apartamento estaba bastante bien, cerca de la estación para el tren de 5 Terra. Muy amplio y con todo lo necesario.

Vecinos muy muy ruidosos, no se podía estar en el salón de la música a todo volumen de los vecinos. El único punto a mejorar de la limpieza del apartamento es la ducha, tenia los bordes negros.
