A perfect spot if you want to explore the cinque terre-area or the city La Spezia.

Great stay! Location , cleanliness and comfort was a plus

Property was great. Bedrooms were comfortable, staff was great, location is 15 min walk to train station and is 10min drive to downtown. Grocery stores walking distance.

Although there was free parking on the premises, it was always stressful to find a spot. Sometimes we had to park 5/7 min walk away from the apartment. But I guess this is a challenge across Italy overall.

Fabulous

The apartment is comfortable and clean and as advertised. The host was friendly, helpful and warm, and even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. He also gave us helpful tips and provided a local map. The apartment is well stocked and there were even cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Street parking was easily found when we arrived on a Sunday. The walk to the central train station took about 10 minutes. There is a supermarket a minute away, and a tasty neighborhood pizzeria just down the block. The location is convenient.

If you are sensitive to noise, note that the apartment is directly above a street that gets a fair amount of traffic. Also, the noise insulation in the building is such that we heard the neighbor's TV running well into the night through our bedroom wall. We also heard fairly loud noise from the upstairs neighbors who were up pretty early. Our teenage kids were not bothered by the noise at all, so if you're not sensitive to noise none of this should be an issue for you.

Vacanza in famiglia

Appartamento molto accessoriato e comodo alla stazione per il treno alle 5 terre (10-15 minuti a piedi). Abbiamo trovato acqua fresca in frigo, la colazione, asciugamani e lenzuola. L'accoglienza è stata eccellente completa di informazioni su come muoversi in città e dintorni. Grazie!

Ubicación, relativamente cercano a estación de trenes, departamento bien equipado, espacios grandes.

Dificultad para encontrar estacionamiento en la calle, pero el anfitrión me ayudó a encontrar un lugar gratuito autorizado cerca del departamento.
