La climatisation, la propreté ,le confort, et la mise à disposition des draps ainsi que les serviettes.

Muy práctico todo , tenía las toallas la ropa de cama todo muy limpio , nos orientó cómo llegar al apartamento, Caterina fue una anfitriona de lujo , me brindó la web para reservar las sombrillas en Monterosso, fue muy comprensiva porque perdí vuelos para llevar a Italia , sin duda recomendaría y regresaría a este apartamento.

Anstrengend

Die Wohnung war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Auch wenn ich das Personal nicht persönlich getroffen habe, verlief die Kommunikation schriftlich stets reibungslos – alle Fragen wurden schnell und hilfsbereit beantwortet.

Das größte Problem an der Wohnung ist, dass es keinen eigenen Parkplatz gibt. In der ganzen Umgebung sind Parkplätze extrem knapp – man findet kaum einen freien Platz. Ich muss jeden Tag lange suchen. Letzte Nacht habe ich 35 Minuten gebraucht, um überhaupt irgendwo parken zu können. Das ist kein Einzelfall, sondern ein generelles Problem in der gesamten Region. Am Samstag war ich 3,5 Stunden unterwegs, bin zu fünf verschiedenen Stränden gefahren und habe nirgends einen Parkplatz gefunden. Der nächstgelegene Strand ist zudem 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.

Ottimi appartamenti, ottimo servizio, facilità ad entrare in comunicazione, estrema disponibilità a risolvere i problemi. Abbiamo dimenticato oggetti importanti nell'appartamento e la proprietà ha lavorato con tempestività per trovarli e per farceli pervenire. Consigliato

Era amplio, estaba bien organizado si sois gente caben 6 personas perfectamente. Tiene aire acondicionado que se agradece y wifi (aunque arriba no funcionaba tan bien). Tiene lavadora pero no secadora. La propietaria contesta a los mensajes bastante rápido aunque solo en inglés.

- No había microondas. - El aparcamiento horrible, te dicen que tienes sitio para aparcar cerca pero está siempre lleno y tienes que dejar el coche super lejos, cuando tienen un parking delante del apartamento pero según ellos no pueden acceder ahí. - No tuvimos cara a cara con la dueña en ningún momento (aunque tampoco hizo falta). - Me parece que no revisan si los anteriores inquilinos limpian los utensilios de cocina...

Tutto eccellente, Loft spazioso, silenzioso pulitissimo e molto accogliente. Cucina ben attrezzata. Parcheggio nelle vicinanze gratuito e stazione facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Check in veloce e facile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio.

お風呂のお湯が途中から水になりますとにかく、めちゃくちゃ遠くて不便です。車の人はいいのかな、歩いて行くのはとても大変です。周りにも何もない。部屋はスペースは広いのに何故か使い勝手が悪い台所も色々足りず、電子レンジがないのは私たちには不便でした。
