Nice apartment

I had paid in full and so didn’t realise I would have to pay a €500 deposit in order to get the access code for the flat. I had to borrow WiFi from a local pub in order to contact the company and then wait an hour for the code after a long day of travel and a day at a conference. Then on check out- I had late check out approved by booking but the company had done this in error and tried to charge me for it. Quite a lot of hassle for a two night stay! Otherwise the apartment was nice, airy and well kitted out (except no scissors or bathroom soap/shower gel, so bring that). The shelf above the bed also means you can’t sit up in bed.

Functional and moderne

Appartment is well placed and pretty moderne.

Netflix didn't work, neither Orange so TV unfortunately had no use! I called customer service and sadly they did nothing to help.

Fantastic location

Excellent location, close to shops, restaurants, le Palais de Versailles and the train station to get the fast train to Paris. Bright and luminous, excellent facilities in the flat and quiet area.

Sofa bed is a bit small for 2 children and the main bed takes most of the space (albeit as expected and consistent with the pictures), but ok for a short stay

I did like the second bed, it's not good enough 😕. It can be better because while booking the age were required. The second bed was not comfortable at all.

we had an amazing time at the apartment in Versailles. the room was very well equipped, the bed was really comfortable and everything was clean. WiFi worked very good. the location couldn’t be any better, we highly recommend booking it. also the owner, Patrick, was a very nice guy and always texted back super fast.

since it’s an old house we had to flush the sinks every day or it smells a bit weird, but that was an easy fix and didn’t bother us at all :)

Beautiful place

The room was vey beautiful and very clean. Fully equiped with iron, hair drayer, coffee machine and anything you might need. The location is very convienient, very close to one of the Versailles train stations and the palace is also very easily reachable by foot. Beautiful decoration, very modern

There were 2 things I did not like. The first was the procedure I had to do before entering the room and getting my booking veryfied. I sent them an email asking something and they told me if I do not sign the document I will not be able to enter the property, something that had never happened to me beofre in a reservation through Booking. They had not sent me the document and if I had not reached out I do not know how I would know about it. Also, I had to do a deposit of 500 euros in case of damage which is statted in their description but still, never has happened to me before. The 2nd thing I did not like was that there was a very bad smell coming from the shower, I guess from the pipes but when we entered the apartment we had to keep the windows open and it was really cold. I highly suggest that the owners fix this issue. The deposit and document thing was a bit annoying but the apartment is really beautiful and worth the hustle.

FRAUD, please be careful and read it

FRAUD!!! This accommodation accused us from robbery of an air conditioner device which is not even listed in the property equipment and not even on the property pictures. They accused us from stealing more than one week after our departure!! After one week we left, with no prior warning or explanation they charged us 600 EUR therefore they are the one who are stealing! Unfortunately they were able to charge it because booking.com was still providing them our credit card details. Even though it was absolutely not corresponding to their deposit policy, they just did. We got absolutely no explanation or evidence of this supposed robbery. They took the money and stop communing with us. Booking.com said that they are not able to help us in this situation, we are back in our home country and we are not able to get our money back at this point. Therefore we would like at least warn everybody about this absolutely unfair behavior of this property. Please be very careful before you book this place, so you don’t end up like us.

An excellent place to stay in a top standard flat when visiting both Versailles and Paris.

impeccably clean and very well equipped. only 1 km from the Château de Versailles.

Perhaps a manual regarding the use of the oven and directions to the centre of Versailles by bus and location of the train station.

Convenient location for Versaille and for Paris via train

Everything was ultra modern and clean and the bed was comfortable. The train station was a five minute walk from the apartment so a day in Paris is easy.

The apartment was very small, far smaller than I'd realised from the photos.

Quiet location close to the castle and the city centre, easy to reach by public transport. High-quality facilities. Responsive host. Recommended.

Not a real inconvenience, but the stairs are quite narrow and tha hallway not really appealing. The apratment however is small but superbely convenient for two people (would not recommend a stay with more people however).

Such a short stay, nevertheless I kind of miss it already!

Yes! I had a wonderful stay! So short, yet I will miss my mini-apartment. I really liked it! Wonderful view, Sun in the morning! Birds singing! Liked the detail of the green ornaments, even when plastic they gave the space a nice vibe. Easy check-in and check-out. All essentials there. And no neighbors complained about my singing. Thank you so much!! I’ll definitely try to stay here if I come back to Versailles! :)

Only minus is it does not have an elevator. Something to think about if you are traveling heavy.. luckily I was traveling light this time :)

Great location and excellent place to rest after touring the palace all day!

The instructions given by the host on arrival are very accurate and easy to follow. He responded quickly when I did need to ask a question. The apartment was exceptionally clean, very comfy, and super quiet at night. It was also really well located. A very nice walk to Versailles and to busy streets nearby that had lots of options for restaurants.

When I left, the code to open the key box did not work, but I just left the keys in the mailbox. I couldn't get anything on the TV to work, but I was hardly in the apartment, so that wasn't a problem.

Chambre au calme et belle vue, au centre de Versailles; c'est appréciable.

Accès au deuxième étage malaisé avec valises lourdes, absence de contact physique avec le propriétaire. Exigence d'une caution pour obtenir le code d'accès de l'ouverture de la boîte à clef pour accéder à l'appartement; ce manque de confiance vis à vis des client est détestable. De plus cela complexifie les échanges (plusieurs e_mails ) pour entrer dans l'appartement.

ATTENTION ILS DEMANDENT UNE CAUTION DE 500€ à payer en ligne Honnêtement rien à redire à part qu’il manquait peut être de l’huile d’olive pour faire à manger, et un peu de rangement à droite à gauche, des papiers, chargeur de brosse à dent d’anciens locataires trainaient

Super emplacement et aménagement

L'emplacement est très bien situé,.on peut tout faire à pied, la gare du RER C est à quelques minutes, ainsi que les parcs et le château. Très jolie décoration, l'appartement est très bien pensé.

Agréable séjour

La localisation à 5 min du château, de la gare et d'une épicerie ! Top ! Ce fut un très agréable séjour avec un appartement très calme. Nous avons bien dormi.

Le négatif : préciser pour les utilisateurs que les pieds du lit supplémentaire, le clic clac, sont pliés dans la housse du canapé côté pied. Veiller à ce que les piles de la télécommande de la box ne soient pas déchargées....
