Cosy stay in arms reach of the Versailles palace

Property is located close to Versailles Palace. Great amenities and good amount of space to relax. Property met description and I personally would stay again. Note: Property is located on the 3rd floor and requires walking up a spiral staircase, which may prove difficult with large or heavy luggage.

Нас заселили вечером, номер был не готов, в номере убирала женщина, которая не хотела оставлять номер и убирала очень медленно. Постель не поменяли после предыдущих жильцов. На полу были крошки хлеба и волос. Мы были с ребенком и прождали с 9:00-17:00 пока на заселят и в итоге мы так там и не остались, потому что было очень грязно

Casa moderna e accessoriata, macchina da caffè nespresso molto apprezzata. Posizione centrale per raggiungere a piedi la reggia e diversi localini.

Per raggiungere l'appartamento al terzo piano c'è una scala a chiocciola in legno stretta. Costo alto anche se in linea con la zona.

La gentillesse de l’hôte La situation géographique du logement 1 couchage dans le salon et 1 chambre indépendante 1 machine a laver Boite a clé permettant l’autonomie

Les 3 étages sans ascenseurs non-précisé dans l’annonce, j’ai été informée une fois la réservation confirmée. La tv non raccordée aux chaines, j’ai du faire appel a l’hôte pour la faire fonctionner, des le lendemain (molotov) ça ne marchait plus. Dans le guide d’accueil c’est écrit qu’il y a un abonnement Netflix et Prime …mais y’avait pas…. Dans l’annonce on voit des stores vénitiens qui couvrent toute la fenêtre En réalité les stores ne descendent qu’au 3/4 (j’ai essayé de mettre les coussins du canapé pour caché un peu la lumière…. Mais ça ne changeait rien nous étions réveillé aux aurores…. J’ai retrouvé dans le logement 3 objets des clients précédents….supposant que le ménage avait été fait un peu trop rapidement….

Un goût amer

Logement bien situé et bonne communication avec l’hôte (courtois et disponible).

Logement très sale. Le manque de ménage ne datant pas d’hier vu la quantité de poussière, de tâches diverses, miettes au sol et linge sale, nous avons envoyé des photos à l’hôte pour lui montrer et lui-même a trouvé l’état du logement inadmissible. Il a proposé de faire repasser le ménage le lendemain, ce que nous avons décliné car nous étions déjà installés avec toutes nos affaires. Pas de draps fournis ni housses pour le deuxième couchage (canapé lit). On a dû en réclamer. Pas de volets aux fenêtres mais des stores qui ferment mal. Si vous êtes sensibles à la lumière le matin passez votre chemin. Un détecteur de fumée posé sur un meuble et non fixé au plafond = dangereux. C’est très décevant (surtout pour le ménage et les draps). J’estime que nous ne devrions pas avoir à envoyer des messages à l’hôte pour lui signaler des soucis lorsque nous louons un bien à ce prix et sur ce genre de plateforme. Bien qu’il ait su se montrer compréhensif et essayant de rectifier le tir, c’est très décevant.

posizione molto bella, tranquilla e caratteristica, ma ad un passo dal castello e poco di piu' dalla RER. In vicinanza, numerosi negozi e locali per passare anche una serata piacevole

Qualche miglioramento necessario lato ospite, già segnalato. In particolare, maggior attenzione al funzionamento della wifi e alla predisposizione corretta della biancheria (comunque, segnalo che l'ospite ha supportato immediatamente per risolvere il problema della biancheria
