Will stay again.

The location is excellent you can not beat this place for location to the palice and restaurants. Secure parking. this is our third time staying at the property and we would stay here again. The bed is large and comfortable. I would say this is only suitable for two people although advertise for more but the additional sleeping is a pull-out sofa bed. The place is very secure and very private.

Negative points are getting the keys is difficult to a laundromat across town to pick them up and drop them off. Contacting the concierge via email to ask to park the vehicle earlier was a waste of time apparently they only have one set of keys with the cleaning services.? previously we have stayed here previously and yet this time they asked for a deposit. There is no wash basin in the toilet which is on the lower level, so you have to go in the kitchen to wash your hands. In the three years we have been going here it appears there’s been no money spent on the place it needs tidying up. There is plenty of dishwashing tablets and the washing machine but no pods for the washing machine and for a five day stay only two coffee pods and one teabag. There was only one towel each to use, but there was plenty of bedding.

Amazing location in Versailles

Adorable apartment across the street from Versailles! This is the cutest little apartment right in the heart of Versailles -- the palace is literally right outside your door! There was just enough space for our family of 5. The kitchen was small but extremely well appointed. We were very grateful for the washing machine and drying racks to do laundry. The wifi worked great, which helped us plan our daily trips. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well.

Definitely a little smaller than we expected, but we made it work. It was slightly confusing picking up the keys, but the owners were responsive and very helpful. Only 1 fan for the whole apartment!

Perfect cozy place to visit Versailles Chateau on foot, and enjoy Versailles restaurants & shops

The property is within walking distance of the Chateau de Versailles. It is close to shops, and restaurants, in the heart of Versailles. There is private parking available onsite. It is in a historical building yet the apartment is modern and very well-equipped. Very quiet and cozy. The kitchen is very well supplied (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Our host kept kitchen essentials such as paper towels, cleaning products, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. We had a wonderful stay.

Caution - The property access instructions are detailed but require the guest's attention. I used to travel on my own with children, and this would have been a challenge: first parking on a busy road, then retrieving the keys from a padlock located on another busy street (code required-walking distance from property address); opening the double fronted doors (fob required) to enter the private courtyard with a vehicle was not clear. If you have mobility requirements or young children, keep in mind that the apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator-this is a historical building), and the bedroom is on a split level with stairs.

Magnifique lieu pour un séjour « travail »qui m’a été facilité par ce très bel appartement .

Calme, lumineux, bel immeuble historique près de tout ! J’ai eu du mal à partir ! Je recommande .

Il manquait 2/3 trucs minimes : Pinces à linges, quelques cintres de plus dans l’armoire de la chambre et une glace en pied sur l’une des portes de cette armoire ( même à l’intérieur !)

L'endroit idéeal pour pouvoir visiter Versailles

Dû fait de mon arrivée tardive à Paris et ensuite sur Versailles, j'ai eu le contact, par téléphone, d'une personne qui était présente lors de mon arrivée pour me remettre les clés. Les explications de celui-ci ont été claires et pertinentes. Cet appartement se trouve à environ 100m de la plus proche entrée du château et autres sites royaux pour pouvoir s'organiser sans devoir s'inquiéter des horaires de bus et autres moyens de circulation. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et de pouvoir profiter d'un lave-vaisselle et d'une machine à laver nous à permis de profiter de notre séjour en toute tranquilité. De petits commerces sont à proximité : boulangerie, superetten magasin U, restaurant, ... Le rapport qualité/prix est exceptionnel et cet appartement est à recommandé. C'est le parfait endroit pour visiter Versailles Pour ceux qui veulent venir en voiture, un emplacement de parking est réservé dans la cour intérieur pour votre véhicule et ce n'est accessible que par les personnes vivant dans cet endroit.

Observations sur la location

Appartement très bien situé très proche du château . équipements de la cuisine parfaits Bonne literie

La place de parking qui n'est pas adaptée aux véhicules de type SUV ou 4X4. La télévision pas de chaînes TNT et cable, le sèche serviettes inutilisable (bouton casse)lampadaire a droite de la cheminée inutilisable également prise cassée et manque d'une ampoule ,pas de barre de son bien que figurant sur l'inventaire ni de télécommande Sony la télévision étant de marque Hisense,ces différents points vous ont été signalés par mail le 12 mai dernier Mail resté sans réponse à ce jour!!!! Assez surprenant de la part d'une Conciergerie royale😡😡 qui d'après les différents messages et recommandations reçus de votre part préalablement à la prise de possession de l'appartement, se veut très pointilleux.Dernier point négatif le retrait et la dépose des clefs dans une laverie à environ 700 m de la location

Simple et efficace

Le logement est simple mais très fonctionnel et propre, bien placé pour visiter Versailles bien que ce n'était pas notre but, proche des commerces regroupés autour des Halles. La place de parking est un plus, peu de locations de courte durée en proposent. Attention tout de même à la largeur des véhicules. Nous avions un Berlingot familial, c'était juste.

L'appartement est un duplex et la chambre est dans les combles. Aucun problème pour la hauteur mais la chambre, fenêtre ouverte, est exposée aux bruits de la circulation aux heures de pointe et à celui de la sortie d'une bouche de VMC. En hivers, fenêtre fermée, ce n'était pas un problème. A voir peut-être en été. Ceci dit, place de parking et calme est une denrée rare de Versailles à Sèvres.
