La Tour Annunziata

Das Appartement lag für unsere Ziele (Palast Versailles und Ile de la Cité) super günstig. Es hat die volle Romantik einer Mansardenwohnung. Die Straße, an der es liegt ist auf sehr sympathische Weise belebt. Viele verlockende Restaurants, Boulangeries und Creperies.

Der Aufstieg mit Gepäck ist eher was für sportliche Menschen. Die Belebtheit der Straße ist auch nachts um 2:00 noch gut zu hören. Man muss sich entscheiden: entweder leise und stickig oder Frischluft und Lärm.

Le placement de l'appartement près du Château de Versailles et de la gare est très avantageux. Appartement tout équipé et confort+.

Si vous ouvrez la fenêtre, vous entendrez les restaurants / bars qui sont dans la rue. Fenêtres fermées, bien isolées, plus de souci.

Quelques nuisances nocturne, liée à l’ambiance du bar tout proche.

LOCATION: 5min walk to the Versailles entrance. 15min walk to the nearest train station back to Paris.

NOISE: it’s above a bar, located in a business street. Very very noisy especially during weekends. People are drinking, talking, laughing and screaming until 3Am. If you are sensitive to noise then please don’t stay in this area. Also people staying upstairs is insane. Pacing back and forth till 3Am. The footsteps and the creaking of the floorboards are clearly audible. Literally the mix of indoor and outdoor noise sounds just like a symphony. CLEANING: there’s a dead mosquito body on the pillow :( BED: it’s so sofa bed so not very comfortable tbf
