About this apartment rental
Stay in this superb 2-room apartment ideally located in the historic district of Saint Louis, a few meters from the Palace of Versailles and a 5-minute walk from the Left Bank train station which takes you to the Eiffel Tower.
The apartment (2 rooms of 49 m2) is very bright and spacious.
It has been completely renovated; it combines the charm of the old with the modern with its reception room of 20 m2 (living-dining room).
The refinedly decorated living room has the cachet of the old with its solid oak parquet flooring in herringbone stitch, its high ceilings, its moldings and its fireplace.
The spacious room in a quiet area overlooks an inner courtyard.
The bathroom has a stone walk-in shower, a double sink and a suspended toilet.
The separate kitchen is very functional with its equipment and utensils.
Total sleep: 2 (1 bed of 1.60 m); 1 comfort sofa bed 1.60 m1 folding cot.
A baby chair is also available.
Ideal for long stays, the apartment offers all the comforts you need to feel at home.
Its location is exceptional, the apartment being in the famous pedestrian street (rue de Satory) where you will find many restaurants and shops.
The local market is just a few metres from the apartment and is held every Saturday morning.
You can do everything on foot.
To reach Paris, the Left Bank station (RER 25 minutes from the Eiffel Tower) is a 6-minute walk away, and the Chantiers train station is 12 minutes away.

the location of this apartment was perfect! close to the Chateau Versailles, restaurants and grocery store right on the street. The only issue we had was the washer/dryer did not work. otherwise a great stay.

The apartment was just as pictured,generous in size and an excellent location.unfortunately this was let down by the lack of communication with not addressing problems.
The shower drain was seriously blocked and after several days we fixed it ourselves.
Most kitchen items had to be washed before using ,lots of chipped pieces need to be replaced.The heating was a real problem and during our 16 night stay and lots of requests was never fixed coming on in the middle of the day when we were out and the middle of the night so never when we actually needed it.
