Excellent value in Versailles.

Fantastic apartment for family with small children. The receptionist is so friendly and welcoming. The access is easy and painless. The apartment has all you need to cook basic meals, and it has a clothes washing machine. They remember to even provide washing and coffee pods and cleaning liquid for the basin. The apartment is a quick walk from the Chantiers train station and 10 min walk to the palace.

Perfect!

My weekend stay was exceptional. I loved everything about the apartment—the coziness, the well-equipped kitchen, and the location. I felt very safe during my stay, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s also conveniently close to the train station and the Palace of Versailles. I travelled with a cat and had no issues at all. I wish I could go back there in the future! 😍

Not enough effort taken to compensate the guest for such a horrible check in experience. A box of chocolates was offered

Lovely stay in Versailles

Very spacious and comfortable bed and sofa bed! Wonderful, kind, and helpful staff. Great location! We also loved how efficient the washing machine was and all the appliances. Appreciated the dryer rack too. Well equipped apartment!

No AC so it was very hot and uncomfortable during the day even with windows open and with the fans provided.

Enjoyed a lovely stay and would recommend

Great location to the Palace within 10-15min walking distance depending on pace, 2 supermarkets located nearby and a range of different places to eat. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities you'd need for your stay. The host was responsive and I arrived early so was able to leave my luggage with the reception whilst I went exploring. I was quite suprised to see there was a washing machine, which would be useful if you are staying for a longer period.

It wasn't a negative for me but if elderly or mobility restrictions, please be aware there is no lift to upper floor. I was located on the first floor and had a medium suitcase.

Exactly what we were hoping for

We turned up a little early and the parking is remote. It is not obvious how the entry-phone communicates with the office but simple tip - the window next to the entrance is the reception office window and I just tapped on it. The lady in charge was really helpful. The room is really well organized and has a lot of facilities. We looked for a hot-water kettle but then realized the Nespresso-style coffee machine creates hot water for tea as well

A bit more obvious signage about how to use the entry-phone would help

Apart from the unwelcome experience the property was fine.

The accommodation was as expected, clean, airy and comfortable.

Early communication after booking was good, I even received a telephone call the day before arrival to discuss check in times. However on arrival the experience was not good. The property is not obvious from the road especially whilst driving, the road is fairly busy with very limited parking on the street. This was not really an issue to me as I can understand this is not the fault of the property. I parked on a no parking zone further down the road to call the property for directions and instructions, the lady told me when she answered that she would call me back in 3 seconds. Approximately 15 minutes later I called her again, no apology for keeping me waiting. She told me to do a u-turn in the road and drive to opposite the property, as I said the property is not obvious from but she walked across the road to give me a garage key. She pointed to roughly where the garage is and said she would call me again in a couple of minutes with the parking space number. I found the garage and drove in, (entrance is very tight). Shortly after entering all of the lights went out so was in complete darkness apart from my car lights. The lady didn’t call with the number so again I called her. She said “sorry I was on the phone” knowing I’m waiting in the garage. I parked, then had to unload my luggage and find my way out of the garage in total darkness. When I got back to the property I was left outside on the pavement because the gate has a coded lock and of course I have not yet been given the key or code. Eventually the lady came out and didn’t even apologise for the lack of welcome so far. After entering I told the lady I was not particularly happy about my arrival experience at which she didn’t seem to appreciate my honesty. I believe this person may be a staff member and not actually the business proprietor, therefore if this is the case I would suggest some training is required.

Adequate for one night but expensive although a great location 3 minutes fro Versailes Palace

Very modern and clean.

Too cramped with lounge/bedroom and kitchen. Up 3 flights of stairs. Took half an hour to get in as they gave us the key code only and not the final key button to open the gate. No help with cases as there was no-one to greet us. Even talking to the lady on the phone she didn't tell us exactly how to enter, just kept giving us the code and luckily a resident came in and showed us that after the code you press another key.
