Perfect apartment, can’t wait to come back one day

The location is perfect for exploring Versailles and for taking the RER into Paris. The layout of the apartment is well thought out and comfortable.

The noise on a Wednesday and Saturday morning when the market starts to set up but this was only because we were blessed with exceptionally high temperatures and had all the windows open. With the windows closed you could hear very little.

Séjour pour visiter le château de Versailles

Bon accueil et très bonne disponibilité du gérant. Logement spacieux accessible en ascenseur. Proximité commerces, restos (pizzeria, ...), pharmacie, bancontact, parking gratuit à 300m, transports en commun. Château de Versailles à 40 min à pieds ou 5 min en bus.

Bel emplacement mais mal insonorisé

Proximité du Château de Versailles et de divers petits commerces pratiques : boulangerie pâtisserie, Carrefour City, traiteurs cuisine chinoise à emporter, etc.

Le parking gratuit annoncé se trouve à plus de 300-400 mètres. La nuisance sonore de l'appartement juste au-dessus du bien : enfant qui cours sur un plancher d'un immeuble d'une certaine époque et non insonorisé correctement, on entend les conversations voisines, l'eau dans les canalisations, l'escalier en bois de l'immeuble. Ce point fait qu'on ne souhaitera pas revenir dans ce bien. Attention à la sécurité dans la SB : fil électrique accessible sous la douche.

Ok wenn man auf der Durchreise ist und eine Wohnung haben möchte, von der aus man Paris und Versailles besichtigen kann.

Parkplätze in den Sommermonaten kostenlos in Versailles. Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und ein Plus sind die zwie Schlafzimmer.

Lage, zu den Scnellbahn nach paris 25 min Fussweg, an der Bahnstation in der Nähe halten nur die Züge, dielange nach Paris brauchen. Auch Versailles schloss und Innenstadt ist fussläufig ca 30 min. Wir sind mit dem Auto gefahren. Und nach Paris mit dem Uber / Bolt. Nachts war es vorne raus (Schlafzimmer eins und Schlafcouch Wohnzimmer) nachts sehr laut . Auf Samstag wird der Markt aufgebaut und sonst in den Morgenstunden laute LKWs

Das Design der Wohnung war sehr ansprechend, die Auatattung eigentlich gut, wenn sie den funktioniert, die Lage ist gut, die Gastgeber sehr nett

Kein WLAN/Internet (Gastgeber am ersten Abend dehalb kontaktiert, aber sie haben den Internetzugang nicht zum Laufen gebracht), Ofen schmutzig, Badezimmertür lässt sich nicht schliessen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für vier Reisende. Gut angebunden an Bus und Bahn, das Schloss Versailles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Gleich an der Ecke ist eine Bäckerei, nicht weit entfernt ein Supermarkt. Ideal für eine Paris-Reise.

Ein Wasserkocher wäre ganz praktisch.

Væggelus/bed bugs

Vi havde booket lejligheden i 2 nætter. Efter første nat vågnede vores to teenagedrenge op med mange insektbid, og der var tydelige tegn på bedbugs i sengene på det ene værelse. Vi valgte derfor at forlade lejligheden og finde andet overnatningssted. Inden vi ankom havde vi boet 3 i Deauville uden problemer. Vi har naturligvis informeret udlejer, som ikke mener der er et problem. Vi anbefaler, at man holder sig væk fra denne lejlighed, med mindre man gider bruge tid på tøjvask og andre foranstaltninger i sin ferie.

sehr gute Lage, gerne wieder

Sehr geräumig, gute Ausstattung. Optimale Lage, 4min bis zur Bahnstation Porchefontaine, Boulangerie und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Vermieter entgegenkommend, freundlich und unkompliziert, spricht deutsch.

Schlafzimmer zur Straßenseite sehr laut. Zweimal wöchentlich Markt, genau gegenüber der Unterkunft. Der Aufbau der Stände beginnt zwischen 3 und 4 Uhr morgens. Betten -nach meinem Geschmack- zu weich.

Bien mais certaines choses à revoir

La proximité des transports en communs. Le prix abordable. L’emplacement proche des commerces.

Il faudrait changer de cafetière car celle ci il n’est pas possible de trouver des dosettes au petit carrefour, une senseo serait bien plus simple. La porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas. Il n’y a pas de sèche cheveux. L’endroit est assez bruyant, le jour de marché nous avons été réveillé à 5h. On entend les voisins du dessus marcher la nuit.

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, tres agreable. Hote sympathique, a l ecoute, de bons conseils. Possibilite d aller au chateau a pieds. Commerces proches (boulangerie, pizzeria, resto, superette).

Manque de rangements dans l une des chambres.

Heerlijk schoon verblijf met veel ruimte

De ruimte was groot. De locatie perfect. Het was schoon, gezellig, vriendelijke host die goed bereikbaar was. Genoeg beddengoed, we hebben genoten. Precies zoals op de foto's. Bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Agreable séjour en famille

Hôte très accueillant Appartement très bien agencé mêlant ancien et neuf. Beaucoup de rangement. Cuisine très fonctionnelle. À proximité d’une gare RER qui facilite les trajets sur Paris. Supérette sur le chemin du RER et boulangerie en bas de l’immeuble. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement à proximité du logement, ce qui est un vrai plus en région parisienne. Nous reviendrons lors d’un prochain sejour en région parisienne.
