Spacious apartment full of character

The apartment is really spacious (I actually wasn't aware there were 2 bedrooms!), fully equipped kitchen, location (supermarket on a doorstep and train station walking distance), underground garage. We spent first hour just admiring the furniture :)

Great stay in a quiet area with easy access to anemities

The location was great, a little over 5 minutes walk to the RER station with a train into Paris every 15 minutes. it's a 5 minutes drive from Versailles' castle and there is a supermarket at the ground floor of the building that is open 7 days a week. The appartment is super nice and big for a french property with all necessary equipment.

There's honestly not much negative, maybe the parking instructions could be more clear, as I only discovered how to get in there on the second day after thoroughly reading the manual. There was ample parking on the street, so it wasn't a problem.

The apartment had a nice old feel to it. The bookshelves are real (not wallpaper) and look great. There are shutters on all windows, and when closed, they create a good block out effect. The neighbourhood is quiet and close to public transport. There is also reserved parking. A pharmacy and supermarket very close by made it very convenient.

The beds were very uncomfortable and hard. I woke up with aches. The bedding was just duvet covers with no inners (there was a blanket in each room and additional bedding for the fold out sofa). There was noise leakage from the road. The facilities seemed older than the pictures.

Très spacieux propre et conforme aux photos. Très bel appartement et très bien situé.

Très froid : le chauffage ne suffit pas pour chauffer les grandes pièces et par des températures autour de zéro dehors il faisait 17 degrés dans l’appartement 😩

Parfait pour un séjour de retrouvailles en famille

L'aspect chaleureux de l'appartement non standardisé. Parfaitement propre, pratique, très confortable et fonctionnel. La cuisine hyper équipée avec les ustensiles et la vaisselle en grand nombre. On se sent vite comme chez soi, parfait pour notre occasion de retrouvailles familiales comme à la maison ! En plus on adore la Bretagne, alors les faïences de Quimper en déco ont été appréciées.

Merci pour le café et le thé. Pour chercher la petite bête, il manquait juste quelques pastilles de lave-vaisselle, mais avec le supermarché à 2 pas, c'est très facile d'aller chercher ce qui peut manquer.

Nous avons apprécié la localisation de la location, ses équipements, son confort, la disponibilité et la sympathie des hôtes, les services à proximité ( bus, supermarché, pharmacie...).

Le ménage à peaufiner et l aspirateur à nettoyer pour qu il aspire !

Appartement bruyant avec boulevard juste à côté

Le parking est un vrai plus. Le logement en lui-même est confortable.

Gros problème avec le bruit !! Une pelleteuse est intervenue en pleine nuit à 1 h 30 du matin sous notre fenêtre de chambre. Ca a duré un certain temps. Pas de double vitrage, donc imaginez le bruit !! On pourrait s'attendre à beaucoup mieux en terme de confort acoustique pour le prix payé. Il n'y a pas de produits de première nécessité aussi bien dans la cuisine que dans les salles de bain. Déçus pour toutes ces raisons.

Un apartamento grande y cómodo.

El departamento fue grande y cómodo. Estaba todo bien decorado y organizado. Tenía servicios como supermercado y panadería muy cerca del departamento, a sólo unos minutos caminando. La dueña siempre estaba bien con el contacto e informaba sobre todos los detalles del departamento. Que tenga un estacionamiento cerrado es especialmente bueno para la seguridad cuando se viaja con auto.

La limpieza del departamento era generalmente muy buena, pero los cubiertos y vasos no estaban limpios, tuvimos que limpiarlos antes de usarlos. No está tan cerca del castillo o de la estación del tren, como 40 minutos caminando, pero con uber funciona igual bien.

Appartement spacieux avec deux chambres et deux salle de bains. Gros plus: parking souterrain et ascenseur.Supermarché à proximité très pratique.quartier calme.

La cuisine mériterait un ménage plus approfondi. Il n’y a aucun produit vaisselle, éponge qui date et sent super mauvais, seulement 2 capsules pour lave-vaisselle à disposition pour 3 jours et une famille de 5! La literie est de mauvaise qualité et les lits très petits. Le nécessaire pour le clic clac n’était pas à disposition.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration distinguée et unique, les bibliothèques, les meubles, les tableaux, les objets anciens, les baies vitrées de cet appartement donnant sur un espace extérieur très bien aménagé et agréable.

Praktische Wohnung für Schloss Versailles & Paris.

Sehr praktische Lage mit dem Privatparkplatz. Gut sortierter Supermarkt eine Etage tiefer, Bushaltestelle quasi vor der Tür. Schloss Versailles (zu Fuß oder per Bus no 6214) und Paris (per RER C) gut zu erreichen. Originelle Bibliothek im Appartment verteilt. Lebensmittelmarkt im Zentrum von Versailles mit gutem Sortiment für Selbstversorger. Betten frankreichtypisch recht schmal. Küche bräuchte etwas Aufmerksamkeit.
