AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have an official emergency services report, a witness (a neighbor who was present during the rescue) and photographic evidence of everything that happened. I was trapped alone in the bathroom for hours due to a missing interior door handle. I had no phone with me and had to use the emergency button on my fitness watch and scream for help until a neighbor heard me and called the police. The firefighters had to break a window to get me out. They confirmed that there was no possible way I could have exited on my own and that I did everything I could. I was extremely lucky to be rescued, otherwise I could have remained locked in there for days. Multiple other door handles in the apartment were also loose or missing screws, which makes me think this is a known issue. I contacted the hosts immediately after the incident, but instead of offering any help or support, they are now demanding over €1,000 from me, including the €500 security deposit I had already paid upfront, for damages that were caused by emergency services rescuing me from a life-threatening situation that was 100% their fault. I cannot express how terrifying it was to be trapped in that bathroom, not knowing if anyone would hear me or if emergency services would even be able to locate me through my watch. I was alone. My travel companion wasn’t arriving until late at night, I had no way of contacting them and they also had no keys. Had I not had my fitness watch or a neighbor nearby, I might not have been found for days. I tried to resolve this privately and had no intention of leaving a public review. I’ve also never written a 1-star review before. But after this experience, I feel I have no choice but to warn others.

Kompliziert an den Schlüssel zu kommen Adresse wurde zunächst mit falscher Hausnummer angegeben 10 statt 11 Nummer 10 war ein Kino auf der anderen Seite der Kreuzung Waren tel. Nicht erreichbar, haben per zu spät reagiert, Kommunikation nicht die Stärke der Gastgeber, unpersönlich nicht weiterzuempfehlen

Die Wohnung roch muffig , in der Wäschekammer lagen feuchte Handtücher die gerochen haben, die mussten wir erstmal aufhängen und durchlüften Fensterläden ließen sich nicht öffnen

Le logement est très bien situé dans Versailles (très proche du marché couvert, du quartier des antiquaires), très calme, il est confortable et pratique.

Une nuit passée au calme. Appartement propre et bien agençé, au deuxième étage. Salle de bains, double vasque ,agréable.literie confortable, lits faits à l'arrivée .Je recommande cette location.

Peut-être un rideau aux fenêtres....
