Location was perfect, 5 minute walk to The Chateau of Versailles. Close to restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable with everything one would need (including a washing machine).

Address was a bit confusing, we missed the WhatsApp notice from the host as to arrival details but a phone call resulted in him meeting us and showing us to the property.

Cozy Apartment near Chateau de Versailles

Terrific location, within a few minutes walk of the Versailles Rive Gauche train station and no more than a 10 minute walk to the Château. Apartment sits on a quiet side street. It is super convenient to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. The host met us upon arrival and walked us through everything and helped with restaurants. Her and her husband take super good care of their apartment. It is exceptionally clean, well fitted out in the kitchen and had a nice supply of pantry items if you are eating in. Also we loved having a nice washing machine. The bed was comfortable, nice large windows and a good shower. We would absolutely stay here again when we get back to Versailles.

We felt fortunate to stay in such a pleasant and convenient place.

This place was quiet, clean, comfortable. It had big windows that let in abundant natural light. It was a short walk from the Palace, the “Potager du Roi” (the King’s vegetable and fruit garden) lots of restaurants, a grocery store, Holland bicycle rentals and the train station. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The small well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare some of our own meals, which included using some of the vegetables available in the local market.

Really easy to get into. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were a two minute walk to the Grand Palace and Gardens, and a one minute walk to the best restaurants and bars. The unit had everything you need to be comfortable.

Very pleasant short break in Versailles

Comfortable apartment within walking distance of the palace, train station, town centre and numerous restaurants. The hosts Ghislain and Albane were easy to contact and very welcoming and helpful.

No complaints about the apartment or the hosts. Although the Palace is amazing we did struggle to find other things to do in Versailles by the third day and went back into Paris to visit Notre Dame which was easy enough to do by train.

La Duchesse

1) Responsive, pleasant and welcoming owners who got in touch shortly after booking, and gave very clear instructions regarding access, check-in, etc. 2) Good size accommodation with secure access gate and door lock . Inside the apartment, it has a wide screen TV, a good WiFi connection, a good size bathroom with fitted shower, a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable double bed, a practical dining table, and a storage room. 3) The accommodation is centrally located with easy access to Paris. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful, especially at night time. 4) Walking distance to the train station, local shops (cafes/pubs/restaurants /supermarkets), and the palace. The well known outdoor/indoor market is about 15-minute walk away.

Nous sommes revenus enchantés de notre séjour à Versailles.

La Duchesse ne mérite que des éloges. Albane et Ghislain, ses propriétaires, sont des modèles d’hospitalité et de dévouement au service de leurs hôtes. L’équipement de leur très confortable studio est surabondant, et tout concourt à agrémenter et à faciliter le séjour des occupants. La situation géographique du logement est idéale : à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Versailles Rive gauche et du fabuleux palais royal, il est également très proche de nombreux restaurants proposant toutes sortes de cuisines. Cerise sur le gâteau : cette proximité n’a aucune influence sur la sérénité et le silence de La Duchesse, et rien ne viendra troubler le sommeil de ses heureux locataires.

ベルサイユ宮殿からとても近く、ロケーションが最高でした。朝、窓を開けると美味しい空気と鳥の声が入ってきて癒されます。キッチンも使いやすくて、マルシェで買ってきた新鮮な野菜とキノコのパスタを作っていただきました。鍵も開けやすくて助かりました。

Au top du top, parfait pour tous types de séjours

Tout était parfait ! La cour dans laquelle l'appartement est situé est très tranquille, à deux pas du Château et de tous les petits recoins qui valent le détour à Versailles. L'appartement en lui même est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et une vraie attention aux détails. Tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien et "comme à la maison", j'ai rarement vu des équipements aussi complets ! Enfin nos hôtes ont été très attentionnés et disponibles durant notre séjour, on sent que l'appartement est géré personnellement par leurs soins et qu'ils ont a cœur de permettre le meilleur séjour possible. Ce fut un plaisir de loger à La Duchesse nous y reviendrons sans hésiter 😊

Nous n'avons rien trouvé à redire, le petit plus serait une option de petit déjeuner mais c'est une toute autre organisation (et il y a beaucoup de restaurants très sympathiques à deux pas de l'appartement).

Die Lage ist unübertroffen. Ein Monop 200m über die Avenue. Ein reizender Innenhof. Absolut ruhig. Die Vermieter sind außerorddentlich nett. Eine Flasche Wein und die nötigsten Lebensmittel (Milch, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Gebäck, Reis....) standen bereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und praktisch ausgestattet.

Appartement très propre et confortable. Bien chauffé en cette période hivernale. Du café, de la confiture et du beurre parmi les petites attentions pour se sentir bien. Literie confortable. Wifi ok. Décoration cosy. Le seul bémol serait l’insonorisation au niveau de la porte. Hôte qui nous a gentiment accueilli. Proximité du Château de Versailles avec proximité d’un supermarché et d’un quartier commerçant (bars/restaurant). Impasse très calme.
