Great loaction,

Location is very good & the apartment is stylish & well equipped.

The property manager didn't speak English but with google translate is wasn't a problem.

Lovely apartment in a very convenient location.

It was within walking distance of the Palace of Versailles and to many stores and restaurants. The apartment itself was very quaint and comfortable, as well as quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. While the apartment was completely updated it still had the old French charm. It was also very secure, with a door to the courtyard which was locked. Bruno was very helpful and accommodating, as was Maria who let us in. It was a very pleasant stay for us.

The garage parking was secure, but was a little expensive, 20 euros per day. But it was safer and better than street parking.

Ideal location for visiting Versailles

Ideal location, had all we needed for a comfortable stay.

Was a little tight for 3 people and the shower had limited privacy,so better for 2. Sofa bed was comfortable but not much space left after it was open.

Comfortable 2 night stay

Very clean and comfortable flat, centrally located and ideal for a couple of nights stay visiting Paris and Palais de Versailles. Situated in a lovely courtyard in a characterful building. Maria was a great host!

The location was outstanding.The decor was lovely.

Communications during check-in was challenging. We expected someone who spoke English, and since they did not, we could not easily ask questions and received minimal information. While the young man was very kind and wanted to help, it seemed like he was new to the process. Also, there was no indication that the property had stairs in the apartment. This was difficult for one of the guests with mobility issues.

The location was across the street to a main avenue of convenient shops, restaurants, and a bakery. Versailles was a walkable distance. Apartment had all your basic needs and was very cute. Recommend!

Exceptional

Location is spot on! Central to everything and the bonus is there is a small grocery shop that sells essentials which closes at midnight. It is a very cosy apartment. Nadia and Bruno have been customer focused in providing space and hospitalities to assist the visitor. The apartment is very near to the Palace of Versailles, Versailles Cathedral, cafes, bars, restaurants and train station.

Except for the few thing al listed we had an overall good stay at this property

The host Maria was very friendly and helpful although there was a big language difference and understanding each other but with google translate we managed

Getting into the property : The property send me and message on whatsapp (which I discovered later) about who to contact when we arrive at the property. We were coming from South Africa straight from the airport so did not have any data to access whatsapp or e-mails etc. We had to stop a civilian to help us and phone the hosts just to get into the property. Visibility of the property : Very poor - there are no indication on the front door of a number or name - the actual property number 36 is on another door (where we knocked) but the lady who opened the door showed us where the actual property are. We were trying to find the property for more that half and hour Sofa bed : Although no problem sleeping there it was very difficult to get the bed out before sleep time.

We felt like home!

This apartment is very close to the Versailles Palace, with plenty of restaurants nearby. You also have a grocery store just across the street. The train station is about 10 minutes walk and you can reach Paris center using RER C in about 45 minutes. The apartment is well equipped with all you need, including the small chicken that has all necessary equipment to do even real cooking. The hosts are great and we felt like home for our short vacation.

Early contact from the host, flexibility around delayed arrival time. Very friendly and kind - excellent reception and feeling welcome. Appartement very new and very well taken care of - attention to detail and feels like a home.

Nous séjournerons de nouveau avec plaisir à cette adresse.

Appartement idéalement situé pour la visite du château et à 10mn à pied de la gare de Versailles Château Rive Gauche ( visites parisiennes) Appartement soigné, bien équipé, bonne literie, au calme. Bon accueil. Stationnement facile, à quelques dizaines de mètres , dans le parking de la cathédrale Saint-Louis, payant, mais sécurisé y compris l’entrée piétons.

Contrairement à ce qui est mentionné sur le site, il n’est pas possible de stationner dans la cour intérieure de l’immeuble. Le stationnement dans les rues avoisinantes , payant dans la journée, est par ailleurs très compliqué compte tenu de leur fréquentation.

Un appartement qui grince

L’emplacement et le calme de l’appartement. L’appartement est bien équipé : lave vaisselle, four, feu de cuisson.

L’appartement est étroit pour 4 personnes, une fois que le canapé est déplié, on ne passe plus. Le parquet grince ainsi que le canapé lit. Il y a une légère odeur d’humidité. Le parking n’est pas compris et n’est pas assimilé à l’appart mais un parking public payant juste à côté. Pas d’intimité dans la salle de bain. Et il manque un rideau ou porte pour séparer l’espace vie de l’espace nuit où se situe la chambre.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch von Versailles. Fussläufig zum Schloss mit einem bezahlbaren Parkhaus nebenan, tollem Service und sehr guter Ausstattung war dieses Apartment ein Glücksfall. In der Nähe hat man alle Geschäfte die es braucht.

Es war toll - da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren.

Toplocatie voor Versailles

De locatie is super, op loopafstand van Versailles en het is een gezellig ingericht appartement voorzien van de nodige gemakken waaronder een kleine vaatwasser. Toilet apart van de douche is ook prettig. Op zondag gratis parkeren voor de deur andere dagen betaald. Het tweepersoonsbed sliep prima.

Onze oudste dochter (19)vond de slaapbank niet comfortabel liggen en heeft er slecht op geslapen. Onze jongste dochter (17) vond het prima. De glazen tafel is wat lomp en onhandig als je het woongedeelte moet ombouwen voor de slaapbank.

Super leuke b&b Heel centraal gelegen, op wandel afstand van het chateau, restaurantjes en treinstation (op 20 min in centrum Parijs). Echt een aanrader.

Un po’ piccola per 3 persone in quanto il divano letto una volta aperto impediva il passaggio; forno microonde inutilizzabile in quanto posizionato male; la coperta del terzo letto era sporca.
