L'Orangerie Versaillaise - À 2 pas du Château de Versailles

This is a very comfortable, beautiful apartment in a great location. The apartment is very well appointed with everything one would need. The hosts have provided a very clear and easy to follow instruction bucklet for all the appliances plus a list of local information.

The location is great, close to the palace and no less important -for me- close to nice streets with restaurants, bakery and supermarket. The apartment itself is bright and generally quiet. Kitchen and facilities do the job. Standout were the facilities for when you come with a small child (<3yrs). The tiny baby bedroom works well and there is lots of toys and books. Our baby was very happy with it.

Overall it is looking clean and ‘instagramable’, but multiple cutlery items displayed on the table were dirty and the table itself was not cleaned as it should be (eg empty each time and build up so you are sure it is clean). The sofabed is pre-made up in the sofa and it had hair and crumbs on it. This can just be because it was t used for a while and people sit and eat on the sofa, but just put the bedlinnen on the sofa for the guest to make the bed. Or make sure to check it. The sofa bed itself was not really comfortable. This plus the size of the apartment make me think that this place is best suited with a young family (children could for sure sleep on the sofa), but not the advertised 4 adults. Lastly communications is generally impersonal. Standard messages prior to arrival and prior to departure. No actual connection. Response to question asked during stay was quite fast. For me this clearly was not a 10/10, but also certainly not insufficient. It has its benefits for a short stay.

Hervorragende Lage. Wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Schloss entfernt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zu Fuß bequem erreichbar.

Nunca se pudo conectar la red wiffi qué es super necesaria. No funciona. La lavadora prende cuando quiere. La área de la entrada es un edificio muy viejo. Como lo es la ciudad . Entrada nada limpia.
