We were given another address when booking the apartment. Just as we approached Paris, we got to know the real address which was right at the railway station = extremely noisy the whole night. We couldn’t stay there for the other night we had booked. I’m going to ask for a refund. There was also confusing information about the car park. In the folder it said that there’s a dedicated car park in the garage but in reality it was on grass behind the house. The floors were so dirty our feet were black, the linen and bedding of very low quality. The freezer box was broken.

Location. It is very close to the train station which can bring you to the center of Paris.

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the train station(direct line to EiffelTower and all the Tourist attractions + 1 stop to Versailles Palace) .The bakery near the train Station has wonderful coffee + bread& baked products very handy as takeaway, quiet location especially gut when one wants to have a restful night after touring Paris and Versailles. Versailles Palace / Garden is just a few Kilometers away which is accessible thru l'Ecole street (cyclist/pedestrian) and reachable by a leisurely walk.There is also a small kitchen for warming foods/making coffee.

I guess the apartment is newly renovated, though there are some minor things that still needs to be repaired but for the price and location , one cannot really complain.I highly recommend it:)

Great location to visit the Versailles estate, but not well accomodated to house a family of four.

The location wasn’t too far fro the Versailles Park, which was the main goal of our stay.

It is too small to accomodate the four of us. We had to sleep on a sofabed which wasn’t what we expected from the website description.

Good, but could be better...

Location is very good. 5 minutes by walking from the train station. Restaurants nearby. Amanities in the apartment are in good state.

Lack of flexibility from the owner and communication seems very robotic. I asked for entering earlier or only leave our car 1 or 2 hours earlier in the parking slot, the answer was like from a robot that I shoould pay 14 euros to have access. The code and advices were sent exactly on the time of the check-in. they shpould be more flexible. The entrance for the car is very narrow in front of a street which circulate bus and heavy traffic. So, i small car is recommended to avoid problems.

The appartment is small, the toilet is small, everything is small. The house is very poorly soundproofed. Man can clearly hear what the neighbors were doing and the children were screaming. On the first day of stay there were neighbors who were renovating and could not rest. We were very tired when we arrived on the first day, so we felt very bad. No private parking space. There are actually parking spaces in the courtyard but unfortunately not provided for this appartment. we had to find a free parking space outside. It wasn't hard to find though, but it was a bit of a walk way away . The environment surrounding the house was not comfortable. The overall feeling was just uncomfortable, so we decided to leave earlier.

The apartment was beautiful and elegantly styled. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed adequately equipped. It was a close walk from buses and the train station. There’s a good Indian food restaurant across the street.

We had an entry issue but Will, the property owner, made it right. Will was easy to work with.

Where to start: I booked the room through Bookings for two nights, however, despite the accommodation being advertised as having private parking, I was sent to a public parking space. At this point, I wanted to cancel the accommodation with the owner over the phone as private parking was one of the reasons I chose this place. The owner said that we can leave but there will be no refund for two nights. So we made the decision to stay. As soon as we entered the room, we were surprised at the quality, which was completely different from what was advertised on the Booking website. There hasn't been an advertisement for the room we had. The toilet didn't flush down properly, and the room smelled mouldy which was covered up with fresh paint and with two strong air fresheners. We could hear the neighbours through the thin walls, and the gas boiler in the same room kept clinking. I had a terrible night. We woke up with pain in our back as the mattress was old and uncomfortable. Instead of spending my holiday pleasantly, I had to put up with all these issues plus was on the phone with Bookings for several hours spending money on international calls. We raised the issues with Bookings and the owner and we let them know that we do not want to stay the second night and asked for a refund. Yet the owner has never got back to us and I'm still waiting for someone senior from Booking with a decision power to call me back... We left the room before the check-out time the following morning. Which we flagged to Booking and the owner. The owner sent us another message on the second day that we will pay a penalty of €30 if we do not wash the dishes and empty the bin. I have never encountered this kind of poor customer service attitude before even though I am a frequent traveller.

Not impressed..

The bed that was available was big and comfortable. Short bus ride to Versailles

Bookings stated it had 2 beds, however on arrival there was a charge for the 2nd bed unless there were 3 people. The apartment was right on a busy noisy street, so we couldn't open the windows, There was alot of trash right in front on the apartment. Disgusting. We arrived early and emailed to ask if we could leave our luggage, the host never responded. Nor did they send the check In code at 3pm as expected. We stood outside In the pouring rain while trying several times to reach the host by phone. On arrival there was a guide book requesting the place was left clean or there would be a cleaning charge, never mentioned on bookings, we left it cleaner than we found it because we wanted the exorbitant deposit back. Also the deposit was never mentioned when booked through bookings.

Квартира чистая. На любые вопросы отвечают быстро, общалась с помощью сообщений. На второй день нашего пребывания у меня уточнили все ли нам нравиться и могут ли нам ещё чем нибудь помочь, чтобы сделать наше пребывание более комфортным(это было очень мило). Есть возможность заехать раньше, что тоже очень понравилось. В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания. Просто шикарное расположение, до станции RER 5 минут ходьбы и через 30 минут ты уже в центре Парижа, мы были на машине, но машиной не пользовались, т.к. транспортом удобнее. Рядом расположен продуктовый магазинчик работающий допоздна.

Не могу сказать, что это недостаток, но нам было достаточно прохладно, но это зависит от того кто к какой температуре воздуха привык. И очень холодные полы, но купленые тапочки за 5 евро из близлежащего супермаркета решили эту проблему.

Logement confortable mais pas pratique pour garer sa voiture

Nous avions deux studios au confort correct et bien situés géographiquement. Nous recommandons cette location, nous y reviendrons probablement.

Le parking à 100 mètres pour le véhicule n'est vraiment pas une bonne chose. Il y a en effet un petit parking inoccupé face aux appartements, ce parking est d'ailleurs mentionné dans la description de la location ainsi que dans les questions/réponses des clients. Ce serait bien de pouvoir en bénéficier, nous aimerions bien avoir des précisions sur ce sujet si nous devrions venir a nouveau.

La proximité avec la gare de St-Cyr. La communication avec le gérant. La literie ça va.

L'appartement n'est pas propre (tâches sur les murs, joint moisi, vaisselle pas lavée...) et, par endroit, est insalubre : multiples fissures, poignée cassée, toilettes qui fuit, prise électrique fissurée, etc. A tel point qu'un membre de la famille a fini aux urgences en glissant sur la flaque d'eau provoquée par la fuite des WC... De plus, mais c'est involontaire de la part du gérant, l'appartement donne sur une rue bruyante et à côté il y a un kebab qui infecte l'appartement par son odeur de gras. Et le comble : quand on se plaint au gérant, il dit que tout était correct dans le checking avant notre arrivée, un vrai foutage de gueule (et le pire c'est qu'on ne peut rien faire...).

Ça sentait l’humidité dans tout l’appartement. Il faisait super froid. Les draps du canapé lit était taché et sentait mauvais. Quand ont a ouvert l’eau dans la cuisine il y a eu une odeur horrible qui en est sortie. Il n’y avait pas de lumière dans la chambre. Nous les avons contacté et ils n’ont pas du tout était réactif .. nous étions venu avec deux enfants en bas âge.. donc je ne recommande absolument pas !

Très bien situé par rapport à la gare de Saint Cyr. Un logement bien pour quelques jours dans la capitale.

La douche n’était pas très propre. Il y a de la moisissure sur le plafond de la douche. Le canapé lit était cassé, heureusement que ça ne génait pas pour l’ouvrir. De plus la caution de 300€ à été débité alors que ce n’était pas prévu. Même si elle est restitué dans la semaine après le séjour, ce n’était pas prévu que j’ai 300€ en moins sur mon compte pendant une semaine et j’ai dû faire avec.

Très déçu/ trop cher pour ça !!

Je n'ai pas eu de connexion internet ni de TV durant mon séjour. C'était un appart avec un frigo bancal, des équipements rudimentaires, des WC qui se bouchent, des voisins en bas très bruant car peu d'isolation. Et pour finir un propriétaire qui réponds pas aux demandes. Très très déçu car pour le prix, il n'y avait pas du tout la qualité.

La proximité des transports en commun. Le confort du lit. La proximité d'une petite épicerie ouverte tard le soir.

La réception (boîte à clé défectueuse qui a nécessité l'intervention d'un technicien puis la lenteur de réaction du logeur : total, 3 heures d'attente au pieds de l'immeuble). Le fait que l'appartement concédé n'était pas celui prévu à l'origine : escalier très raide à déconseiller aux personnes peu sportives et logement exigü.

LE PIRE SÉJOUR DE MA VIE !!!!

La seule chose correcte est un mobilier en bon état et un équipement correct.

État des lieux à mon arrivée : forte odeur de tabac, baignoire sale, sol sale, bouilloire pleine d’eau, cafetière non vidée (dosette + eau), de la vaisselle sale, deux ampoules grillées (cuisine et salle de bain), bloc prise arraché. Et en me couchant, j’ai constaté que les deux oreillers dégageaient des odeurs corporelles nauséabondes. Impossible de dormir avec eux. Et impossible d’avoir quelqu’un au téléphone, sans même espérer qu’une personne se déplace…. C’est inacceptable vu la saleté du logement et l’odeur de tabac dans un logement non fumeur !!!

Bon rapport qualité prix

Bien équipé, proche de la gare RER de Saint cyr, idéalement situé avec plusieurs restaurants aux alentours.

Le plan d'accès qui est envoyé pour faciliter l'accès ne correspondait pas au logement attribué, résultat l'aide devient inefficace. Sur l'annonce, une place de parking est annoncé or il s'agit d'un parking public à 200m.

A fuir.

Pas du tout conforme à ce que nous avions réservé ! Hébergement très petit, pas du tout insonorisé on entendait tout ce qui se passait. Il était marqué avec une terrasse et vu sur jardin, j’ai eu un appartement sans terrasse au 2 eme étage avec vu sur une départementale en travaux. J’ai donc dû aller à l’hôtel et je n’ai pas passé une seule nuit dans cet hébergement, après avoir contacté l’hôte je n’ai eu le droit à aucun dédommagement et elle ne voulait rien entendre. J’ai également essayé de faire appel à Booking.com qui n’a rien fait non plus. Extrêmement déçu, je déconseille.

Appartement spacieux, propre, calme

- Casserole non adaptée à la plaque induction : résultat faire une soupe dans une poêle et cuire des pâtes dans une poêle .... - Pour le micro-ondes prévoir un escabeau ou mesurer minimum 1m90 - TV : se contenter de l'application France TV - Pas de drap pour le 2eme lit (canapé ) alors que notre réservation etait pour 3 adultes : après avoir informé le site par mail, une sympathique dame est venue nous en apporter le 2eme soir - Un seul rouleau de PQ pour 2 jours sachant que nous sommes 3... - Voiture très compacte à privilégier tant l'accès au parking est etroit ( avec un espace risqué voir fichu ou alorson ne tient pas à sa voiture) - Impossible d'avoir quelqu'un par téléphone ni par mail : seule possibilité de communiquer, passer par la messagerie booking...

Décevant, hôte pas réactif et aucune intervention

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et pas d'eau chaude pendant au moins 26 heures! on s'est lavé aux gants pendant 2 jours! L'hôte n'était pas réactif à nos messages et aucune intervention de sa part! Route passante, assez bruyant! Il y avait des travaux à notre porte très bruyant (perceuse, marteau...) dès 8h du matin Impossible de garer notre véhicule dans la résidence à cause des travaux (heureusement il y avait le parking gratuit de la gare) mais nous l'avons su le jour de notre arrivée! Visiblement le logement parait propre mais lorsque que l'on regarde bien pas vraiment: les joints de la sde sont encrassés, les murs et plafonds piqués, le dessous des meubles de cuisine très sales, éponge sale, linges de lit sans alèses, matelas tâché, la hotte ne fonctionne pas, et seulement 2 brûleurs sur 4 de la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas La télévision ne fonctionne pas (pas de boitier, ni câble...pas de réseau) on nous a envoyé un tuto qui ne correspond pas à notre logement. Malgré tout nos messages, l'hôte ne s'en est pas préoccupé!

Chambre spacieuse, lit confortable pour 2 nuits. Emplacement plus le parking.

Je n'ai pas apprécié de donner une caution de 300e pour rentrer dans la chambre (pour seulement 2 nuits). La propriétaire ne me répond pas à mes mails. La salle de bain est dans un très mauvais état, une douche et il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude. Appartement propre visuellement mais lorsque on s'approche plus prêt c'est limite.
