Good base for visits to Paris and Versailles

It has all you need. I like IKEA and this is an IKEA showroom in that sense. Good location, large free parking at 2 minutes.

Very convenient location but can be noisy

It is a very convenient location, very close to the train station. Great to access Paris. The sofa in the living room is great to get the whole family in such a small area.

The flat is in front of a main road and on weekends it can get very noisy. Being in front of a main street also means that curtains have to be closed for privacy so it then does not become as lit up.

Sale et Bruyant !

L'appartement est bien situé en plus il est plutot confortable.

L’appartement était dans un état de saleté inacceptable. Le sol était vraiment dégoûtant, gras, poussiereux et collant. J’ai même dû jeter mes chaussettes, tellement elles étaient imprégnées de saleté. Ne parlons meme pas de la poussiere qui n'a jamais été faite. J’ai payé 48 € de frais de ménage et je ne comprends pas du tout à quoi ils correspondent. À cela s’ajoute le bruit constant venant des voisins du dessus : impacts, meubles qu’on déplace, cris, objets qui tombent… C’était infernal, il y avait du vacarme toute la nuit. C'etait peut etre des locataires de courte durée, c'est peut etre pas le cas toute l'année mais malgre tout nous avons passé une semaine sans dormir, ce qui a rendu le séjour insupportable. Je m’étais fiée aux commentaires qui disaient que l’appartement était calme, mais ce n’était absolument pas le cas. J’ai été très déçue.

Très bien passé, nous reviendrons ci- le jour se présente

Nous gérons notre arrivés grâce aux clés déposer dans les petites boîtes. Appartement agréable, clair , appartement vraiment chauffé agréable à notre arrivés. Linge des lits et de toilette à disposition en quantité, papier toilette à disposition pour nos 3 nuits.

Nous avons dû baisser le chauffage car nous avions beaucoup trop chaud. Le protège matelas du canapé pas propre avec des tâches de sang. Manque un couteau costaud et planche pour couper saussisson. Des couverts plus solide.
