Excellent property and location to Versailles and Train to Paris

Overall the apartment was very nice and clean and big enough for 4 people. Parking is a bonus.

Location was ideal, not far from the train station. But stop just outside the property. There is also parking on site which is ideal if you are travelling by car.

downstairs toilet can do with a small sink.

Was the wrong choice for us

Clean and comfortable apartment, convenient location and parking (but we used e-bikes), good communication from the landlord for check in and out.

The building itself is run down although the apartment has been refurbished to a good standard. The camera angle used makes the apartment look larger than it is and the sloped ceiling above the bed is much lower than it appears in the photo. The only toilet is downstairs and the handwash facilities are either upstairs or the kitchen sink. The bedroom is actually a mezzanine style with no door so if we had been a group using the sofa bed there would have been reduced privacy (plus walking through the kitchen area to access toilet). We found the nearby N12 traffic noise could carry depending on the wind direction.

Excellent stay in Buc.

This apartment is beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. The location is very good - quiet and within an easy drive to the Village of Buc, and to Versailles, which was the reason for our stay. The hosts provided great communication, especially for access to the property. We had everything we needed for our stay.

It was very hot when we visited and there is no air con. We had the attic window in the bedroom open to let in air, however that did let in some road noise.

toller Aufenthalt mit sehr guter Aussattung...es hat an nichts gefehlt

Die zentrale Lage fanden wir sehr gut...kurze Wege zu Bus und Bahn (max 5-10 min)...auch die Umgebung war realtiv sehr ruhig...da das Haus nicht im Wald steht, sind eben Geräusche von der Straße zu hören, die uns weder beim Schlafen oder Entspannen in der Wohnung gestört hatten...die Wohnung ist sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet...auch die Treppe die als ein Hindernis beschrieben wurde, ist für die Raumaufteilung über die Etagen sehr gut konzierpiert und baulich nicht anders möglich...also kein Problem...wer mit dem Auto anreist, hat gute Möglichkeiten zum Parken..wir waren mit einem Pickup dort, der schon allein 5,60 lang ist..schon aus diesem Grund hatten wir die Wohnung gebucht....noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter für die positive Kommunikation.

Super eingerichtetes Studio. Ruhige Lage. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr nahe zum Schloss Versailles. Mit öV möglich.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!!!

Wir haben auf der Durchreise von Südfrankreich nach Antwerpen hier 2 Nächte verbracht um uns das Schloss und Versaille anzuschauen. Das kleine Appartement hat beim Betreten sehr gut gerochen :) und war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sehr ordentlich und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt (obwohl direkt daneben der Friedhof liegt). Die Straße ist zwar die ganze Zeit leicht zu hören, aber innerhalb des Hauses war es sehr ruhig. Somit konnten wir gut schlafen. Wir sind tatsächlich immer zu Fuß von hier aus in das Zentrum gelaufen. Das ging prima! Die meisten Touristen sind gefühlt nur am Schloss, somit hatten wir den Eindruck, den restlichen Ort mit seinen Cafés und Restaurants sehr authentisch wahrnehmen zu können.

Im WC gab es kein Waschbecken und man musste sich immer in der Küche die Hände waschen.

Grundsätzlich, alles in Ordnung!!!

Von der Waschmaschine über Geschirrspüler alles da!

Zugang zur Unterkunft (Mehrfamilienhaus) direkt an einer Zufahrtsstraße gelegen, eigentlich 30 km/h… Hanglage somit wird es für die Motorräder und PS-starken Autos gerne als Herausforderung angesehen! Wohnung über zwei Ebenen mit relativ schmaler Treppe. Achtung: Wer keinen SUV fährt - Vorsicht bei der Schwelle zur Hofeinfahrt, PKW könnte „aufsetzen“!

Gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Wohnung

Sehr saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden (Spüli, Haushaltspapier, Kaffeetassen usw.), so dass man sich nach der Ankunft gleich entspannen konnte. Abwicklung lief auch sehr gut. Zum Bahnhof und Schloss ca. eine halbe Stunde Spaziergang. Auf dem Weg konnte man Einkäufe erledigen oder in Restaurants und Cafés einkehren. Es fährt aber auch ein Bus vor der Haustür. Haben uns für die Wohnung entschieden, um nach den Stadtbesichtigungen in grüner Umgebung, Ruhe zu finden. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss ist sehr steil. Aber nur ein Problem, sollte man körperlich gebrechlich sein.

В этой чудесной квартире понравилось всё. Здесь все продумано вплоть до мелочей ну разве что мне не хватило ложки для обуви, но это довольно такая маленькая мелочь что для меня это лишь только улыбнуло. При входе на сразу встретил за сервированный стол, можно с дороги сразу выпить кофе или чай где все с любезностью подготовлено. Даже залита вода в кофейник и в чайник))) если вы решитесь постирать для вас тоже подготовленный капсулы для стирки. Есть посудомоечная машина. И для неё же капсулы! Очень уютная кухня. Где все абсолютно всё есть для приготовления еды. Есть тостер микроволновая печь, индукция, духовка. Несмотря на то что дом находится рядом с дорогой, в квартире очень тихо и уютно. Где на мягком диване с многочисленными подушками есть плед под которым можно уютно провести вечер. Большой телевизор. На втором этаже очень удобная кровать и душевая комната. Мой отдых был очень великолепен. Ах да забыла написать что есть двор в котором можно поставить машину. Я благодарю за заботу и внимание к каждой детали! У меня давно была мечта попасть в версаль и время препровождения в комнате после долгих прогулок меня умиротворяли и делали очень счастливой девочкой

Немного смущало присутствие рядом кладбище. Но я с ними «договорилась»)))🤗 и я просто не открывала маленькие шторы🤗
