This is a very stylish and well presented appartment . The owners Florian and Yoann have created a wonderful space. The apartment is very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable . The location is excellent and offers close proximity to Versailles Chantiers station ( 3 minutes walk ), which takes you into Paris in around 30 mins . You can also visit the Palace of Versailles ( 20 minute walk ) from the apartment. The owners were friendly and clear with their communication and were responsive to questions via the booking.com messaging service. Overall the stay was very well organised and enjoyable.

A small A/C unit would have made all the difference . Paris was exceptionally hot during our stay and these hotter temperatures will probably become more frequent in the years to come .

Sehr liebevoll gestalteter Wohn-Essbereich, gemütlich, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr guter Parkplatz. Schön nah zum Schloss Versailles, das war für uns superpraktisch. Die Beschreibung, die wir vorab bekamen , war hervorragend, mit Fotos und allen Details, hat super geklappt. Die Vermieter waren auch gut zu kontaktieren und haben sich gleich gekümmert , als unser Parkplatz einmal belegt war. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert.

Kleines Manko: Die Treppe hoch zum Schlafzimmer und Bad fand ich persönlich etwas steil. Ist aber Geschmackssache.

Clean and comfortable apartment, convenient location and parking (but we used e-bikes), good communication from the landlord for check in and out.

The building itself is run down although the apartment has been refurbished to a good standard. The camera angle used makes the apartment look larger than it is and the sloped ceiling above the bed is much lower than it appears in the photo. The only toilet is downstairs and the handwash facilities are either upstairs or the kitchen sink. The bedroom is actually a mezzanine style with no door so if we had been a group using the sofa bed there would have been reduced privacy (plus walking through the kitchen area to access toilet). We found the nearby N12 traffic noise could carry depending on the wind direction.
