Die ruhige Lage, die kleine Terrasse, sehr heimelig und gemütlich!

Die gute Lage mit Gratisparkplatz. Die Unterkunft ist in den Innenhof ausgerichtet, also kein Straßenlärm. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Küche war komplett mit Geschirr und Kochutensilien eingerichtet. Eine schöne und günstige Unterkunft mit Selbstverpflegung. Ein SPAR-Markt ist innert 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tutto organizzato perfettamente. Ottima pulizia. Disponibilità di tutto ciò che di primario serve in una casa. Appartamento confortevole e correttamente riscaldato. Letto molto comodo.
Da italiano mi è mancato il bidet.....

The location of the apartment is good, but you will need patients to be able to get in side. The FREE parking is a plus, because in Graz, you need to pay for almost all parking spots. The facilities of the apartment are good + you have access to a terrace
The "keybox" is located inside the mailbox, and the owner will send you a "bad code" to open it... so you will need to contact the owner to get it (in my case, I was forced to call the owner at 2 AM in the morning when I arrived to the location The apartment heating system was NOT working properly! Also, there is NO way to control the temperature in the apartment.
