Price, location, and the 2 separate bedrooms mattered for us, and the fact that there were some kitchen facilities. The place is easy to find, the garden parking and the self check in are very convenient.
Lack of power outlets (or extension cords) for the microwave and kettle, not enough pressure in the shower (washing longer hair was a bit tricky, for a regular shower it's OK).
People who, I assume, live downstairs, smoke, and we could smell it a bit in the living room.
However, this is a cheap accommodation. Nothing was outside of the acceptable value for money compromise.

Das Beste an der Unterkunft ist der Fotograf, der die Fotos für booking.com gemacht hat.
Insgesamt für eine Nacht für den Preis ok.
Bad ist sauber und neu.
Wirkt abgewohnt, obwohl Möbel nicht alt sind.
