Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, in 12 Fussminuten ist man im Stadtzentrum, im 3. Stock eines soliden und sicheren Wohnhauses, inklusive Einstellplatz in der hauseigenen Garage. Für den kurzen Aufenthalt in Graz ist die Wohnung absolut gut ausgestattet. Obwohl sie an 2 Strassen grenzt ist es nachts angenehm ruhig, und in den bequemen Betten schläft man ausgezeichnet. Der Vermieter war besorgt dass für uns alles stimmt, hat uns persönlich die Wohnung übergeben und hat uns auch noch mit allerlei Annehmlichkeiten wie Getränke und Snacks verwöhnt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.
Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Superfreundlicher Gastgeber! Sauberkeit verdient 5 Sterne, Service auch, sehr gute Lage. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung.
Kleine Abstriche nur wegen der Schlüsselübergabe - da wäre ein automatisiertes System (z.B. Schlüsselbox oder Zugangscode) klasse. Viel Verkehrsgeräusche auf dem Balkon und in einem der Schlafzimmer (nur bei geöffnetem Fenster problematisch).
