The room was a decent size with a kitchenette containing a sink and a fridge. There was also a hotplate, crockery and utensils. I found the hotplate very useful to boil water for making coffee and the fridge was great for storing our cold drinks.
The weather was very hot but we were lucky there was a fan to use which kept the room comfortable.
The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The en-suite bathroom was functional and all the windows were shaded by outdoor blinds.
It was city centre so quite a lot of road noise but location was fairly good.
The toilet was raised up about 20cm on a kind of narrow wooden box. This made it a bit awkward to use.

The price is unbeatable, so keep that in mind for what you "expect". It did have all that was promised on the web.
Well, it did look more stylish on the pics. It was not very comfy, but cheap. So if you are on a tight budget and want a clean room, this is your place. If you want some flair and a nicer room, better pay some more.
