A környék nagyon jó. Könnyen megközelíthető a belváros és a vár. Nagy, tágas szobák, minden szép tiszta volt. Az erkély különösen kellemes.
Nagyon melegben voltunk, jó lett volna légkondícionáló, de megértem, hogy a belvárosi házakra nem lehet ilyet szerelni. Az ablakok régiek, kicsit nehezen kezelhetőek. A parkolót érdemes lenne egy külön emailben részletesen leírni és képpel illusztrálni, mert nem könnyű megtalálni, pedig pár lépésre van a lakástól.

Tolle Lage inmitten von Graz. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Haustierfreundlich und alles da, was man braucht. Absolut faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Wir waren an zwei sehr warmen Tagen dort und es war dementsprechend auch im Apartment sehr warm. Man konnte nur bei offenen Fenstern schlafen, dann war es wiederum sehr laut durch die Straße, die direkt unter dem Fenster entlang verläuft. Aber dafür war die Lage nunmal mitten in der Stadt 😉

Odlična lokacija,odličan apartman,jako čisto Meni lično je falila džezva za kafu,jer kafu sa aparata ne volim .Odličan parking ,blizu apartmana.Tarasa vrijedi zbog jutarnje kafe i bas je prostrana.Zaboravili smo ručni sat i vlasnik nas je obavijestio.Nadam se da ćemo na povratku iz Beča pokupiti ga. Toplo preporučujem,sigurno ćemo ponoviti
