Zur Wohnnung gehört ein kostenloser Parkplatz im nahegelegenen Parkhaus. Super Lage, Innenstadt mit Sehnswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés, Museen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Großes Appartment mit Schlafzimmer, großer Wohnraum mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Badzimmer und separater Toilette, großer Flur.

Sauberes, günstiges Appartment im Herzen von Graz, direkt zwischen Bahnhof und pulsierender Innenstadt!

The place is in the middle of Graz, freshly renovated, spacious apartment with new furniture, new bathroom, toilet, kitchen etc. We liked that it is close to everything, could sleep well in the separate bedroom and also was comfortable enough for home office of 2 people. Not to mention that it was almost half the price compared to most other places.

All the textiles were stinking of heavy tobaco smoke. The sheets, bed linens, towels and kitchen cloth all smelled of smoke. Keeping the windows open for two days straight, helped with the bedcloth, but the first night was a bit unpleasant. They were definitelly clean and washed, I guess they are either kept in a smelly wardrobe (outside the apartment) or the a cleaning person is a chain smoker. However, non of the furnitures or even the sofa had any kind of smell. I guess it could be fixed with paying attention to it and it should as the apartment is otherwise really great.
