Quarto grande, novo e muito limpo. A localização é otima, perto do centreo historico e perto de transporte publico.

Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen! Dies vor allem aus dem Grund, da Balkon und Fenster, weil im Erdgeschoß und direkt neben Straße beziehungsweise Gehsteig gelegen, quasi nicht öffenbar waren😖 Passanten am Gehsteig stehen unmittelbar vor dem Fenster beziehungsweise vor dem Balkon und könnten jederzeit einsteigen! Von einem Balkon kann man da her in diesem Falle realistisch nicht sprechen!!! Auf diesen Umstand wird in der Beschreibung auf Booking com in keiner Weise hingewiesen, im Gegenteil wird von Balkon gesprochen und Fotos von der anderen Seite des Objektes gezeigt, wo in anderen Wohnungen tatsächlich in den Obergeschossen liegende echte Balkone gezeigt werden 👎👎👎

Je suis arrivée en avance mais ça n'a pas posé de problèmes. Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant quant à ma demande particulière et quant aux frais de garage qui n'étaient pas spécifiés dans l'annonce (je les ai découverts plus tard comme réponse à une question!)

Le balcon qui se trouve au rdc et qui donne directement sur la rue. Il y a bien un petit jardin derrière la maison mais qui ne sert qu'à entreposer les vélos. Un petit banc serait très apprécié!

It is a modern apartment With a nice garage that we had to pay 9 Euros per day for it but it is worth it. Nice smart tv and a good size kitchen with dish washer. Close to restaurants and bars.

We had to go back two times to find the host, however we had an issue calling him due to issues with our phone. but does not have air conditioning which makes the rooms hot during the summer, it’s on the ground floor so you cannot leave the windows and balcony doors open. There is a small fan in the unit which is not sufficient for two rooms. It was not easy to sleep in such a hot room.
