comfortable bed, space to eat and work, nice shower, washing machine and space in the backyard to hang the clothes

a bit dirty (sticky floor at the entrance). tiny smelly fridge, quality of kitchen utensils not great.

Hottest weekend of the year so far, but the apartment was still cool. Equipment is okay. Fair for the price.

The only not so good point is that the apartment is on the ground floor, windows are facing towards the street so leaving them completely open overnight is not recommended.

If you are trying to find an affordable apartment in Graz this place is clean and a good price. Kitchen has everything you need to cook.

The location was mediocre. You need to catch a bus (#40 nearby goes downtown) or plan on a half an hour walk downtown to see the old town. The neighborhood is safe enough but it's residential, mixed working class. So not much to do around the apartment. Plan on cooking your meals there. The apartment is clean but furniture is very minimal and not much effort has been made to make it feel comfortable.

Nagyon jó volt, hogy a szállásadó a privát kéréseknek elegett tett, valamint a kávégép bekészítése egy nagyon jó gesztus volt. Alapvetően a célnak megfelelhettett volna a szállás.

A szállás leírásában, illetve előzetes tájékoztatásokban ki lehetne térni az utazó részére a szállás utcájában, valamint a környéken jellemző "hangulatra". A szállás szabályzatábab ugyan felvan tűntetve, hogy este 10 után csendnek kellene lennie, azonban az ott élők ezt valahogy nem tartják be, hovatovább nagyon sok kirívó eset volt ( hangoskodás, kiabálás stb.) ami az éjszakai pihenést rontotta ( az épület, az ablakok sem hangszigeteltek, kvázi minden zaj ami az utcán és a lépcsőházban volt, tisztán hallható volt zárt ablaknál is.) Aki már járt a környéken, tapasztalhatta az előbbieket!
