All was good

Die Küche ist gut sortiert, es gab auch Kaffeekapseln zur freien Entnahme. Die Kinder freuten sich über die bereitgestellten Süßigkeiten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage und alles inklusiver der Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar aber auch die Öffi Haltestellen sind nicht weit von der Wohnung entfernt. Es gibt auch ca. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ein kleines Einkaufszentrum sowie etwas weiter weg ein großes EKZ. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es auch einen Parkplatz im Innenhof, allerdings gibt es keinen fix zugewiesenen. In den 33 Tagen die wir dort verbrachten, haben wir nur einmal keinen bekommen. Der Preis ist für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt und diese Lage unschlagbar. Das Haus wurde wahrscheinlich in den 60/70 gebaut und in ist einem guten Zustand, die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Sock mit Lift, natürlich hört man von der Straße ein bisschen aber wenn man Stille haben will sollte man in keiner Stadt Urlaub machen. Leider habe wir erst in der letzten Woche mitgekriegt, dass es sogar eine Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Schlossberg gibt. Von den Nachbarn habe ich nichts mitbekommen wahrscheinlich waren wir selbst die lautesten.

Die Sauberkeit in einigen Winkeln der Wohnung könnte besser sein.

I didn't expect too much because of the relatively low price. But it turned out to be the perfect place for a short stay in Graz. The Hauptplatz, Kunsthaus, all important museums, as well as the entrance to the Schlossberg, can be reached in a ten-minute easy walk. Within five minutes there are Interspar, Bila, Pagro, cafes. The host is very friendly and always available. The facility has all the possible utensils in the bathroom (shampoos, lotions, shower cap, spare brush, etc.), real hotel towels, basic spices in the kitchen, as well as a handful of capsules of various types of coffee (which is important to me, because I drink decaffeinated coffee), sugar and milk, as well as bottles of juice and water, and a welcome bar of chocolate. Ideal after a long journey to the destination, especially if arriving late at night. Although the building is old and relatively unsightly, the apartment is renovated and impeccable in that sense. Everything is very clean, and the mattress in the room is hard enough for me (it seems like new). The bedding is impeccably white. There are also books and games in the apartment, and I was sorry that I didn't get to read. I immediately got used to this apartment. The apartment is normally located on the top floor, no noise is heard, it is very bright and offers a wonderful view of the Schlossberg and the symbol of Graz, the Uhrturm. I found out that the owner of the apartment works as a video city producer, which made the apartment even more charming to me.
