Liked having the AC and fan. Plenty of space for 4 people. Good walk to the action of Graz. Parking spot close by.
Took some time to find location but owner sent pics and explained the process. TV was not working to watch World Cup but owner responded immediately but sending some link where we could then watch the game on my iPad.

Die Lage in der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Augarten war für uns ideal. Es gab keine Schlüsselübergabe sondern ein Self-Check-In mit Code. Sehr nett war vor allem, dass uns weil wir beim Grazathlon gestartet sind ein Belohnungsbier eingekühlt wurde. Das Angebot von Kaffeekapseln gegen eine freiwillige Spende in die Trinkgeldkasse unterstrich die Gastfreundschaft zusätzlich.

It was very well stocked and the rooms were very nice.
It was a little difficult to find the parking garage. We arrived on a rainy dark night and it was difficult to find even with the directions and photo. I was waiting on the street while my husband went to fetch the remote for the garage and the police questioned me. I told them what was happening and they waited until my husband came down. I asked for their help locating it and they too were confused. Funny thing is the garage is directly across the street from the police station. ????

Actually it is a nice and well equipped apartment. Short walk to the city. It would be nearly perfect.
This property is surrounded by construction sides and the last thing I like in the morning, is being woken up by the noise of the construction side.
