Die Einrichtung war sehr ansprechend, vor allem haben wir uns aufgrund der Lage für dieses Apartment entschieden, einfache Handhabung bei der Schlüsselübergabe (Türcode und Schlüsselbox), freundlicher Service und Angebot von Alternativen
kein Warmwasser, da der Boiler nicht funktionierte (nach eigenhändigem aufschrauben der Abdeckung wurde ein angeschmortes Kabel sichtbar, für uns wunderlich warum hier keine Sicherung gefallen ist), bei Telefonanfragen kommt man zuerst in eine Warteschlange und anschließend immer zu einem anderen Mitarbeiter (bei einfachen Fragen kein Problem, in unserem Fall allerdings unpraktisch), wir wurden anschließend in einem anderen Apartment untergebracht (dieses war leider eher außerhalb)
