Beautiful apartment, spacious, very clean and tidy. The location is perfect, it is only a few minutes away from the city center and sights and tourist attractions, as well as very good restaurants. And it is in a quiet part, there is no direct traffic, and it is very quiet. The instructions for entry as well as for the garage (for the car) are very clear and arrived on time. I like the online portal through which the application and documents are submitted, I think it saves time. All in all, I highly recommend it for a short or long stay.

The apartment is in a central location, easy to get to sights, public transport, cafés or shops.
The apartment was too small for our family of 5. We kept waking each other up as we all slept in the same room. The neighbour could see into the flat from across as we could see what's going on in their kitchen too... The place was quite busy and noisy.
