Beautiful apartment, spacious, very clean and tidy. The location is perfect, it is only a few minutes away from the city center and sights and tourist attractions, as well as very good restaurants. And it is in a quiet part, there is no direct traffic, and it is very quiet. The instructions for entry as well as for the garage (for the car) are very clear and arrived on time. I like the online portal through which the application and documents are submitted, I think it saves time. All in all, I highly recommend it for a short or long stay.

The apparent was excellent
The cleanliness could be improved; there was a bit of dust in some areas and the toilet bowl smelled a little off. Otherwise, the apartment was great, and we might return to Graz and look to stay in the same apartment again.

The location is good
Very hard to find and problem getting into the apartment , the bed is not comfortable, one of the chairs almost broken.
