location was excellent, just a short walk to old town and supermarket was just next door. Loved how spacious the apartment was and balcony was excellent. Price for apartment was reasonable. Fridge was well stocked if you wanted to purchase anything. Would recommend this apartment and will stay again next time we are in Graz
didn't receive any instructions about where parking garage was. Thought breakfast was included but was unclear so didn't have it.

The location is good. The apartment is clean, there is a terrace and it is comfortable. The kitchen and the bathroom are both clean and equipped with everything.
The staff (if there is a staff) just don’t respond! If you have a problem finding the place (and it isn’t easy to find it) or if you are wondering how to turn on any heating (cus it’s cold) - there is no one to pick up the phone, answer your messages or whatever. :(
