The surroundings ( Gries neighborhood ) are a bit seedy and can be noisy at night( Saturday!). Lots of traffic at Griesplatz. The kitchen could need some extra utensils( peeler, ladle, pasta strainer, Parmesan grater and a dustpan and brush)

Wirklich sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment.Sehr Sauber und gemütlich angerichtet. Preis Leistung war Top und die Kommunikation auch hervorragend.
Leider hatte ich Pech und die Heizung war defekt aber die Vermieterin reagierte super schnell und brachte eine zusätzliche Elektroheitzung vorbei.
