It is a fairly large apartment in an excellent location. Cleanliness and communication with the host are outstanding. It has transport connections in all directions.
The parquet flooring creaks in places. Although there is a very good washing machine, there is nowhere to dry the laundry. There is no outdoor area for smokers; stepping out of the building puts you straight onto the street, right by the tram tracks. Do not book this apartment if you are elderly or have mobility issues; it is on the third floor and there is no elevator. However, these minor drawbacks pale in comparison to the apartment's beauty and excellent location.

Location. Close to all the main attractions and a supermarket. The apartment was very well equipped.
didn’t notice.

Exzellente Lage.
