Das Appartement befindet sich in innenstadtnaher und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der zugehörige Parkplatz im Innenhof ist in Graz Gold wert. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat bestens funktioniert; es wäre für uns sogar ein früherer CheckIn möglich gewesen.
Einzig das relativ schmale Doppelbett mit durchgehender Matratze hat nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen.

Perfekte Ausstattung. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden und das in ausgezeichnetem Zustand! Selten -oder eigentlich noch nie - so eine gute Ausstattung gesehen. Perfekte Kommunikation, sehr zuvorkommender freundlicher Vermieter, top Lage mit Parkplatz.

Die Toplage, gleich in der City, trotzdem sehr ruhig. Parken ist kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich und es ist alles da.
