Everything was fine, and we enjoyed the variety of coffees we got there.

The little apartment is well equipped and the host is wonderful – very helpful and kind. There was a good amount of equipment in the kitchenette for preparing simple meals, lots of little sweet gestures in form of snacks and coffee capsules, and the small space available is truly well thought through. Bedroom is very cosy and the bed is comfortable, which was very important for us. In the context of available apartments to rent for short time in Graz, the location is good – access to transportation such as trams and buses is really nearby.

Since we stayed for a longer time, the size is of the flat is a little bit small but for a shorter time it is absolutely no problem. For those who prefer lots of light, it should be said it's on the ground floor and the windows are mostly covered – so not too much light or possibility to keep the windows open for some fresh air.

Tolle Lage mit toller Ausstattung. Das Apartment wurde mit viel Liebe dekoriert und man dachte wirklich an Allea für einem komfortablen Aufenthalt. Wir fühlten uns direkt Zuhause. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Unterkunft parken und auch meine Anfrage ein paar Tage zuvor wurde rasch und sehr ausführlich beantwortet.

Leider konnte ich den Vermieter danach nicht mehr erreichen. Die Ortstaxe habe ich online bezahlt aber leider habe ich bis heute keine Rechnung bekommen. Da ich geschäftlich Reise ist das sehr unangenehm weil die Nächtigung abgerechnet werden muss. Das finde ich nicht gut. Deshalb empfehle ich diese Studio für Geschäftsreisende nicht! Werde mich leider deswegen an den Booking Support wenden müssen.
