Für eine Nächtigung im Zentrum von Graz ist das Apartment gut geeignet. Die Anreise und das Einchecken ist problemlos mittels Schlüsselsafe.
Die Ausstattung bei den günstigen Apartments wie diesem ist üblicherweise einfach, billige Möblierung. Am Fernseher gibt es keine TV Kanäle, nur Internet. Zumindest habe ich das Fernsehen nicht gefunden oder einstellen können.

Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz gut. Auch wenn das Viertel einen eher schlechten Ruf hat. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat super funktioniert und die Eigentümer waren super erreichbar und nett. Es waren Tees in der Küche Vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist vergleichsmäßig eher günstig daher haben wir jetzt auch nicht eine sehr hohe Erwartung gehabt. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war okey. Aber doch eher verbraucht. Es hat leider sehr nach abgestandenen Rauch gerochen. Das Badezimmer ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte mal ein bisschen liebe. Es waren Badetücher vorhanden. Ich habe dennoch mein eigenes verwendet. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich ganz okey für eine Nacht Aufenthalt. Für einen längeren besuch in Graz würde ich aber eine etwas besser ausgestattete Wohnung suchen.
