Для нас сложно было найти ключи, сначала был код, потом искали среди велосипедов, после утомительной дороги, не сразу их нашли. Также, мы спрашивали у хозяина про стоянку для машины. Мы приехали в 19.30 , она, как сказал хозяин, должна была работать до 20:00. Но была закрыта. Мы нашли стоянку 5’ ходьбы за 3.40 за ночь. Делюсь с водителями Schönaugasse 6 ( думаю эту инфо мог оставить хозяин). На ключи и стоянку потратили 2 часа, и поэтому не попали в центр города, хотя с этим расчетом брали эти апартаменты, чтоб успеть посетить центр. И третье: хозяин мог бы оставить инструкцию, и по поводу зеленой тетради и налога и если не помоем посуду, не вытрем ее ю, а не грозить 20€ штрафом повторяющими сообщениями, особенно когда мы в дороге. А наши актуальные вопросы он игнорировал. Поломана левая дверца в душевой.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, mit dem Aufzug geht es in den 5. Stock , man blickt auf den Park und das Zentrum ist fußläufig. Die Einrichtung bis auf die Duschkabine ist modern, die Küchenecke ausreichend bestückt . Besonders gefallen hat uns das Bett mit fluffiger Bettwäsche und guter Matratze . Das Apartment ist sauber und gepflegt . Die Suche des Schlüssels war Detektivarbeit und nur mit Hilfe des Vermieters zu lösen . Tipp : die Fotos bei booking com genau ansehen , Hausnummer und die Lage der Schlüsselbox findet man nur so heraus 😂

Für unsere Bedürfnisse fehlte es an nichts, wer braucht in Graz schon einen Fernseher ? Die Wohnung war etwas überheizt.

It was within walking distance of the city centre (15 minutes). The room was fine and the bed comfortable.

On the booking form there was no number of the building- only the street. I actually got that information after I left! I rang the number when I arrived in the street but the phone was put down at the other end after I spoke. Photos of where the key box was and the building number arrived on my phone after I had left. The instructions for opening the key box were in English. The other communication was not even in German but from what I could work out - Turkish! Of little use to me, obviously.
