The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare home-cooked meals, which can be enjoyed together around the large, round dining table.
Set in vibrant Südtiroler Platz, this location blends the charm of old Graz with modern architectural highlights. Nestled in a pedestrian-friendly zone, the apartment is surrounded by family-friendly cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and local shops. Start your day with breakfast at the nearby Kunsthauscafe or enjoy a sweet treat on the Murinsel island. The city’s famous coffee houses like Café Sacher and Café Waiter are also close by.
For easy transportation, tram lines 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 13 stop right outside your door, making it effortless to explore all that Graz has to offer.

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
