Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, das Vorhandensein von Grundnahrungsmitteln wie Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl und sogar einige Kaffeepads. Die Flexibilität der Vermieterin und die Effizienz und Liebenswürdigkeit der Angestellten.

The accomodation is well equipped and centrally located in the city. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, a full set of cutlery, coffee machine with coffee pot, kettle, tea filters, contact grill. There was also washing facilities and hair dryer in the bathroom, and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The accomodation is suitable for 4 people.
Besides the coffee cups, it would be nice a few larger mugs for tea.

Modern very clean apartment in great location on the edge of main part of old town yet it's still accesible by car. Shops restaurants and cafe's are all in walking distance. We all really enjoyed our stay in Graz.
Could use some coffe mugs not just small cups😀 Walk through bathroom/toilet required some management especially that there were 4 of us.
