Proximity to bus station and town. We found it relatively quiet, the bar didn't open in the evenings we stayed.
Wifi did not work in our room. Bed was uncomfortable - lots of roll together as a sag in the middle of the mattress.

The location is great. In the middle of town and near the station.
The bar at the hotel had a great 'locals' vibe.
The room was basic but good for a good value overnight stay.

Central location, quiet street.
This was listed as a hotel - I arrived, shutters down terrace closed, and just a paper sign on the door. Great difficulty contacting 'the host', and getting instructions on how to use codes to open door. This might be OK for an Airbnb, but not for a 'beautiful arts' hotel.
