Practical room

The room had a kitchenette which was really good. There was unfortunately not enough cutlery, cups or glasses for 2 people. We drove from the UK and were unable to book the car park which was disappointing

A friendly welcome and close to town centre and quiet. The room was a good size and the shower was very good.The hotel has tea and coffee available for guests anytime and there is a laundry to use for guests.

Great hotel in a central location.

Central location in Chambery. Good sized room with useful kitchenette and dining table. Internet worked well. Friendly reception staff and efficient check in. Booking a parking place in the underground garage is essential and well worth the charge. The breakfast is really high quality with plenty of choice.

When I went to get into bed, there was only the bottom sheet and pillows. No Continental quilt. I was so tired and it was late by the time I noticed.

A practical hotel close to the old streets of Chambéry

We stayed in a pleasant room that had a table and kitchenette. Everything worked well in the room and the internet was stable. The Kyriad is somewhat outside the main centre of town but close enough to the old area, where it is very pleasant to walk.

No toiletries. Tiny bathroom, although the room itself would have permitted something larger.

Nice breakfast and Ok for a short stay

It was a very quick stop for us, so it was ok for one night. Breakfast was nice too.

Car parking was full by the time we arrived and the cleanliness could be improved.

Request a quiet room

The location was good, an easy walk to explore Chambery. An excellent breakfast with a plenty of choice. Underground parking which needs to be reserved before you book to ensure you actually have parking and elevators with direct access to the hotel. Check in staff and general staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel needs to be refurbished. Very run down, shabby and in need of both maintenance and refurbishment. My room was fourth floor directly above a bar the first night was acceptable but the second night it was incredibly noisy with continuous loud yelling and domestic arguments until 2 am. The air conditioning unit couldn’t be adjusted so the room was too hot and no air movement. Opening the window meant both noise and smoke drifted upwards from the street and bar below. Shower above a bath with no handrails and slippery. WC water ran continuously at times, maintenance required . Definitely not of the standard expected for the price.
