DIRTY TOWELS STILL IN BATHROOM NO DUVET Both were resolved but big question mark as to why basic housekeeping was not effective Had to wait to register because receptionist took long time laughing and chatting with previous client

A good size well appointed room with pleasant outlook and a window that opened to allow fresh air. Although directly opposite the station the sound proofing is excellent

LACK OF SECURITY Anyone can walk in and go upstairs to the rooms. Too many times there was nobody at the font desk, any time of day and evening. Anyone can grab a key and enter any room. Besides the cleaning staff do not lock the rooms with the key, although doors are locked when you close them. Finally, employees are not identified, another security feature that's missing.

It was centrally located and the bed was comfortable.

Clean and fair value for the price. Near town centre. Opposite station, which was important for our group of four, travelling with luggage by train from England to Milan, then Venice.

It is right front of the station and close to the bus stop which made it an easy access. The staff were friendly and helpful.
