Comfortable large room with a kitchenette. The building is used as an elderly care home with additional rooms rented out. This ensures good access and aids for those with disabilities
The garage basement where you park your car has a water leakage and mosquitos are a real problem that is hard to avoid

Very comfortable and large room, very bright. the equipment was essential but worked fine. There was a washing machine in the room. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The bed size was fine. The location was very handy. There was a free garage for the car. GREAT
The information about the management of waste was not clear. In three days, nobody came to pick up the trash or clean the room. Some extra pillows would have been welcome as well as a couple of chairs more.

We spent one night in Chambery on our way to Bordeaux. The room was nice. Location within walking distance to city center (15-20 minutes). Helpful staff. Wonderful parking arrangement (covered parking with controlled access so we could leave bike racks and 4 bikes attached to the car). Definitely a positive experience, good price/quality ratio.
Two very small details. First, the bathroom has a sensor light which automatically turns on. This, coupled with a glass door, means you can wake up others if using the bathroom during the night. Second, we booked a room for 4. The sofa bed was not prepared and we had to do it ourselves. Very small details in the end. Overall a great experience. We would definitely stop here again if in Chambery another time.
