Location

The toilet in the room had a horrible smell. The limescale on the shower head was moderate. I was really disappointed as soon as I placed my bags down in the room. It doesn’t match the brightness of the pictures and the size of the bedroom is far from ideal. If you plan to stay only for a night it’s manageable but it’s not the type room you’d want to lounge and relax in.

Budget hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Free and convenient parking on site. Breakfast was fine. Perfectly fine for an overnight stopover at a reasonable price.

Location is on the outskirts of town. The property itself is fine, but there are some dodgy looking places around. Bit of a walk to get to any shops or anything.

Cheap and cheerful.

The room was basic but clean and what you expect for the price. Staff were great.

Location, there was a lot of development building work going on and there were a few derelict building nearby. I can imagine that in a few years time the area will be a lot nicer.

I won't recommend anyone the same branch.

Only the rooms were clean

They gave us rooms on 5th floor. But the lift was not working. We had to take our luggage to the top floor. The temperature was too hot and air conditioners were not working properly. We spent our night in hot rooms. Staff cannot speak English which is really important for every hotel. The important thing. Pillows were really flat. I will not recommend anyone to use this branch at all.

The member of staff friendly.

It was like spending the night in a filthy toilet. It smelt disgusting. It was dirty including the room and bathroom. We have paid this amount for clean facilities so not worth the money. Old cupboards just outside window. Appalling.

Large basic adequate clean room and bathroom. A 10-15 min walk into town with multiple bars and restaurants. English speaking receptionist was good. Lots of free on-site parking. We did not have breakfast.

Road works made it difficult to find. Better signage from the hotel would help.

Standard ibis budget hotel, you know what you're getting. The guy on the front desk was so friendly and although I had two separate bookings for single nights I was able to keep the same room.

Amazingly devoted staff! congratulations!

It was 20 Minutes walk away from the Savoie Expo once I found the right path and I found a way to include a pit stop for a croissant ;)

Stayed here for one night only. Clean and tidy rooms. Helpful staff. Easily walkable location to the city, train station and local busses.

I used this hotel as an overnight stop on the way to a ski resort. It was easy to find and good enough for one night.

The room smelt a little of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom smelt of damp.
