As a touring motorcyclist this was a good overnight stop

It is an easy walking distance from the city centre. Parking is off road and had no problems. Receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Good value as an overnight stop

The location is near a slightly more industrial part of the town, not scenic. On the other hand road access is good. Easy to reach the town centre

Hand place for overnight stay with good staff on reception

Handy overnight stop. Good room for guest like me with mobility issues, but no lifts so would have been a problem otherwise. Friendly and helpful staff on desk.

Shower floor meant that excess water went into main room. This needs sorting. We paid more for a pet but then were not able to have breakfast in main area as we had pet so didn’t bother. Rough access road needs repair of large pothole.

Fine hotel, in my case the staff was a nightmare.

The only staff member was the least helpful person I've met in a long time. I lost my bag within the hotel and he told me it was my responsibility to take care of it, and not his. Took 12 hours to get it back. He had found it some hours earlier but thought it wasn't mine so never informed me that he had found unattended luggage in an empty room directly adjacent to mine.

Friendly, clean, relaxing - excellent!

The gentleman at reception was very helpful and did everything with a smile - including helping to sort out a safe spot for my husband's Musto Skiff dinghy and directing us to local restaurants for dinner. The room was clean with good air conditioning. We took the short walk into town & ate at a lovely brasserie before heading back to the hotel for a good night's sleep - surprisingly quiet considering how close to the motorway we were. The bathroom facilities were very good with a great shower (I have long hair so that was important to me). The same gentleman was on reception next morning and was again very helpful. Breakfast was good, with an amazing choice for such a small hotel. Again everything was clean & tidy. I would recommend this hotel & definitely use it again if we undertake a similar journey.

The only thing I would recommend to the hotel would be to make the entrance look a little more inviting - the outside / car park was a bit overgrown.

We appreciated the kind welcome of the manager who took care of us after a long tiring day .

Very welcoming and friendly manager. Excellent choices for breakfast and good value for money. Wished we could have stayed longer to discover the restaurants of Chambery but unfortunately we were "en route". Would recommend this hotel for a few nights stay.

Missing an elevator , but that's not the hotels fault. Location was a little out of the way of other amenities ,restaurants etc, but that really is only a problem for one night stays .

Helpful staff

Staff was super helpful in supporting us with an emergency health issue we had with a family member during our stay. Facilities are ok and clean.

Hotel is a bit off from restaurants so you will need to walk a bit towards the train station or take the car to eat out.

Our low expectations were under achieved

In light of what we experienced from the room, breakfast was surprisingly good

Very very basic, uncomfortable, not clean, non smoking room had been used as smoking room, location was not pleasant etc

Under trying circumstances waiting for seriously delayed luggage, it was a reasonably pleasant stay.

Easy access to main motorways and commercial areas. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

No Reception on duty after 20:30 at night. Rather scruffy entrance way in outside the property. Broken refreshments machine. No drinks or snacks available, as room had no facilities either to make drinks.

Idéal overnight stop as just next to motorway. Good sound insulation so no noise. 15 minutes to centre with good restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed

Good budget hotel for 1 night along the road, feels a bit like sleeping on a parking lot but at least the car is close-by.

Room smelled of cigarettes and cheap cleaning chemicals, felt grimy, spooky location, bed was not bad but not great either.

OK for a night

The situation of the hotel is OK if you are travelling to some other place close to there. Personal was friendly and the room was clean.

The hotel is very near to the autobahn, therefore it is loudly and you can hear the traffic. The breakfast was really poor, I wouldn't take it again (not for that price!) I think for a night is OK but I wouldn't come back.
