Lovely stay, but would want a room upgrade to consider staying again.
Fantastic Staff, lady on reception was brilliant. Ground floor of the hotel really nice with good lounge and dining areas.
The room was a tad disappointing. Decor and furniture very dated. Only two plug sockets in the room, all at the end of the room farthest from the bed, so no alarm clock on your phone!!

Location and spa facilities. Breakfast was worth having.
Old fashioned bedroom with something banging outside on the roof so unable to sleep. Tiny bed. The worst meal ever. The chicken looked as though it had been run over by a lorry and luke warm. Tasteless sauce. Cheeskake dry and needed some cream. Awful evwning meal!!

Comfortable, friendly and without hassle.
Support from the staff, who were all courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, and very clean. Location is great for working in Caernafon, and for access to local sightseeing. Parking was available all day during my visit, which was very useful. I was able to sit and work in the bar late into the night, and that was fine by the staff.
Food was delicious, if rather small portions.

nice welcoming staff, good parking on site, good location
breakfast was only warm, bacon tasted awful and was leathery. Not great to be fair. Room was very dated and the bath had scum marks on it which i could wipe off myself so cleaning hadn't been done correctly prior to arrival. Food in the restaurant was average and though the price expensive for what was provided.
