Travelled on a Saturday. very welcoming and helpful.I brought my road bike and they allowed me to store in room.
Soak in the pool and steam after trek was a bonus.

Comfortable rooms although no air con or fans. Shower could do with updating. 2nd floor rooms not fully accessible by lifts - still steps up and down to reach rooms which some guests were struggling with. Staff all lovely. Breakfast good although more fresh would have been appreciated especially at this time of year when they're is so much available. Didn't eat in the restaurant later.
Pool looks lovely but quite cool - ok for active swimming but the bubble jets are in the same water so not a relaxing warm jacuzzi. Sauna and steam room consequently popular! Lockers unnecessarily complicated and several broken so padlocks do not stop them opening.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my daughter who was competing in the Urdd Eisteddfod in Anglesey.
Conveniently based hotel. Rooms very clean although a little dated. Would have liked a bath rather than just a shower in the bathroom. Shower pressure was quite low but adequate. Lovely breakfast and good service on both days.

On arrival we were allocated a room which we were disappointed with, it was dark, stale smell, window was difficult to open. We requested an alternative room & moved to a room at the front which was brighter. No air conditioning but a fan was supplied. We had to request the carpet be vacuumed due to visible hairs on it, but it really needed a good clean throughout.The hotel rooms are in need of refurbishment. The dining areas & lounges were ok. On a positive note the staff were very polite & helpful, also the breakfast was very good.
