The hotel is right near Conwy castle and in the main part of the town. The room was large, the beds were comfy. Great large towels and water pressure in the shower. We also had use of a common kitchen and laundry which was a nice surprise and allowed us to do some laundry! Great keyless entry and felt very safe.
As with most guesthouses, it’s upstairs so be prepared for that and have small luggage! There wasn’t a reception so you need to organise your arrival time to collect the key. You need to park in paid parking a few blocks away which was fine and £3 for 24 hours when we visited, but good to know if you have large luggage or mobility issues. Not an issue but there wasn’t a tv in the room if that’s important to you.

The location is great - a stones throw from the castle and everything else you need in Caernarfon centre. The room was clean, comfortable beds and the shower was very good.
If you’re visiting Caernarfon for partying, you’ll be fine, but the street noise makes it very difficult to sleep. Loud music from the pub across the road didn’t stop until way after midnight. Also, the people in the room next to us were playing loud music and partying until 2:30am. The doors and walls are thin. We soon realised why there were ear plugs outside the rooms. All this said, it was a Friday night, so it likely that weekdays are much quieter.
Also, there wasn’t a TV in the room, which was a surprise.
While there seemed be a rail for hanging clothes or coats, it was directly over the tea and coffee-making area with nowhere near enough space to hang anything.
